Stumbled across this location by seeing their sandwich board out front showing the fantastic pricing and services offered. After reading the reviews on here and trusting that the location was legit, I went in and am so happy that I did! I did not have an appointment but they said I could squeeze in for a half hour slot. I got the 30 minute reflexology massage and after the first two minutes wished it would never end! The massage was fantastic, the ambiance was extremely calming and comfortable, and the staff was so friendly and hospitable. If you are questioning whether to check this place out or not, I cannot recommend it enough! You won't regret it!

Finished a long night of work and couldn't take the tightness in my shoulder and neck any longer. Chose this place initially because it was the only one open early enough to accommodate me along my route home. So glad I stopped by here. I met Lucy today and I let her know where my main issues were. She was very attentive and focused slightly more on the problem areas. That was exactly what I needed today, I walked out feeling more relaxed than I have in months!! A little tender and slightly wobbly walking to the train afterward. (Signs of a job well done!) I've been to several therapists in the city and in my opinion this was the BEST massage I've found so far!! I will definitely be back to see Lucy again. Thank you so much!

I had a massage there in may. I initially booked for an hour and a half. When I arrived the woman at the front desk seemed very angry and agitated. She wanted to know how long I was there for and what I wanted done. I said I booked an appointment for reflexology and a massage. She sent me into a room to wait for my reflexology. I have been there in the past but the owners have now changed. I was actually hoping I did not get her because she just seemed like she was in a bad mood. I heard her arguing and discussing something with a woman in the hall. A different woman came in to do the service. I've had reflexology many times before and it was obvious that she did not know what she was doing. She was very nice but she was not really working on pressure points. When it came to getting the massage after she asked if I liked it really light or deep massage. I said I like a deep massage but I've had some injury with my neck and my shoulder that cause tremors in my hand and I had to be really careful. She immediately went at the spot on my back that was the most tender. It was so painful and I told her she had to take it easy it was too much. I cut the session down to only half an hour. I woke up the next day thinking I was going to have bruises all over my back. The Tremors in my hand were three times as worse in the days coming. I ended up with dizzy spells and vertigo. I'm not sure if it's related. I went to a spa a few days after the massage. The woman looked at my back and said the muscles were all in a bad knot. I was in the pool and I literally felt dizzy. I understand giving people jobs when they come to canada. I did not want to post this earlier because the woman is very nice. The reality is it was a very poor massage that I believe cause further complications. If you go to this place make sure you choose someone with a lot of experience. Otherwise I do not recommend. I spent almost $1,000 after that getting treatments in just over a month to give me some relief. I'm sure there's therapist there that are good. If you have any prior injury make sure you go to a registered massage therapist not here if they're not registered. Lesson learned

Overall ok to good. I just hope they weren't too explicitly asking for tips.

I just had the most wonderful experience at JJ Message Spa today. I walked in with the intention of getting a massage with strong, hard pressure. However, the therapist recommended a middle pressure massage since it was my first time there. I decided to give it a try, and I'm so glad I did! The therapist's approach was gentle yet effective, and I could feel the tension melting away. It made me realize that sometimes, taking it easy and allowing the therapist to work their magic can be far more beneficial than pushing for intense pressure. I'm truly grateful for this experience and can't wait to return for another session.

I can't believe I walked by here for ages without going in. GO IN. My reflexology & massage combo was perfect. Lucy (I think) was great on my feet, nothing ticklish, and then gave me one of the top 3 massages I've ever had. Incredibly strong hands, finds all the right spots. If I lived nearby I would go here every week. Unbelievable find.

This spa is a secret gem in the city. The staff are very professional and the environment is safe and clean. Enjoy a great foot massage or body massage. The prices are very reasonable and you won’t be disappointed.

I went to get a massage to relax and they could break my knots and stress and I only felt that they were grinding my back, it was too hard a massage that did not help me at all, I did not enjoy it. I asked the lady several times not to do it so hard, I left the session more sore than before. I did not enjoy it, very bad experience. i just lost my money

Great experience , easy appointment booking, nice stuff very professional body massage therapy . Hong was very professional he had a magic therapeutic touch . I felt so relaxed and comfortable .

Great experience! We were greeted kindly, and given great reflexology for 30 minutes. They even provided us with snacks and water because it was very hot outside. Definitely recommend for any students!
