My wife and I started taking guitar lessons six months ago. The experience right from the start has been amazing. Julian was helpful in setting us up with the best options to suit our schedule. We couldn’t ask for a better teacher than Tyson. He’s patient, thorough and fun. The rest of the staff are pleasant and always greet you as you enter and exit. Highly recommend this location.

Awesome guys here, they clearly love their job and know their stuff. Helped me find the last model of the guitar that they had in stock at another store and a week later it was in my hands. Helped me with setting up financing and I walked out with an Ibanez RDA axion, love the Fishman fluence moderns. A solid guitar shop that will go out of their way to help you.

We were devastated when Kevin left the cobourg store as he was a drummer and knowledgeable for helping my drummer ray. Now the store has an amazing drummer who is very knowledgeable and has a great personality. Taylor thankyou for always being helpful and friendly. You make the store experience great again!

Shout out to sales rep. Taylor Beatty at the Cobourg location for his over the top customer service! I was inquiring about a keyboard for my grandson who was starting keyboard lessons. He provided guidance in selection of the different aspects of each model and it was the right choice. My grandson has had a couple of lessons and loves to practice! He is already creating his own music using the different features. He has never been more interested and dedicated to leaning a new skill. Thank you very much!

Great shop! Staff have always gone above and beyond helping me find the things I am looking for. Always willing to take time and never rush me no matter how busy it is. I never feel like they are trying to up sell or push items on me. They know their stuff and I will be a customer for years to come.

I was referred here to rent a sound system (including mics) and the service and quality of product were nothing short of exceptional. And the prices were much lower than expected. The store was also well laid out with a great selection. What a gem for our small community.

I arranged to pick up an instrument for rent. Due to the provincial state of emergency, the store was open for curbside pickup only. For this reason, I can’t speak to the interior of the store. However, the level of service I received was excellent! The process was very easy, I just called from the parking lot and Jim (I believe) took it from there. I was home with my flute very quickly.

Awesome store with great, helpful staff. I rent all my lights, speakers, fog machines from them and the equipment is always reasonably priced, in great condition and easy to use. A+!
