This place is an absolute gem. Fabulous coffee, in-house fresh bakery and food, and what's the best is their super kind staff. Extremely hospitable and welcome, making my time here feels like at home. This will be my go-to for sure. Second visit, and today I tried their pizza. It was ridiculously good. Wow. And with a cup of latte? Done deal. Update: I stop counting after maybe my 10th visit. It has become my absolute favourite cafe in town.

Every review that comments on the friendliness of this cafe is spot-on! After seeing good reviews, I stopped in for a coffee and to have somewhere to work before my nearby site visit. Java Jax cafe was the perfect place for it. Everyone working here was extremely friendly and took time to talk with the customers. The decor is simple, but works great with the relaxed atmosphere. They have a universal washroom at the back of the cage and it was nothing short of immaculate. Also, it smelled like delicious bacon the entire time as they prepped for breakfast, and I honestly cannot complain!

Love the chill pace. Love the atmosphere. Love the care and passion put into the place. This is my new favourite coffee shop. You can tell everything about this place is something to be proud of. Had a London frog~ in-house made pumpkin cheesecake, and a chicken quesadia wirh butter chicken soup! All together was about 25$ but if you're just getting the lunch it's more like 10-15$. Their washroom is also very wheelchair accessible with the buttons and aid rails and all. I can't rave enough.

absolutely amazing one of the best cafes I've ever visited! not only was the food delicious but the customer service was spectacular! Very welcoming environment with helpful/insightful workers, you definitely need to check it out!

This small coffee shop has the best coffee in town. We ordered the pressure brewed coffee and it made a real difference than the other coffees. Also the daily special butter chicken soup was just really impressive, I wouldn’t have thought it was that delicious if my bf didn’t order it. I loved the Sicilian ice cream ball too, it was creamy, not too sweet and totally paired perfectly with my coffee. And the veal parm sandwich was definitely perfect match with the soup. We will come back for the chicken quesadillas next time. The staff were also very welcoming and very happy to introduce us all their food. Definitely recommend to everyone!

The environment is clean and comfortable. The shop owner runs the shop with enthusiasm. The coffee tastes delicious. The shop owner offered me a free refill even as I left the shop and came back in a few hours. There was a lady waiting for a bus outside the shop, the shop owner offered her to wait inside where the AC was on. Most impressive part was the owner asked one the baristas to bring out a bottle of water to the lady that she decided to wait outside and specifically asked him to open it for her. Very heart warming.

This coffee shop is a very cosy place. The shop owner runs the shop with enthusiasm. The coffee tastes delicious but the quantity wasn't upto the mark. The cup wasn't full and there was a scope in improving the quality. I really want to appreciate that the owner offered to add cinnamon and cocoa which had an amazing flavour. The view from the coffee shop was amazing and it's situated in a quiet place and love the vibe of this place. I would definitely recommend this place if you are in Kwc region or I'd say even if you are in GTA, DO VISIT THIS PLACE.

I visited Java Jax today as I was passing through town and I am so glad I did because I got to enjoy a delicious brownie and ginger molasses cookie. Not only that, I got to talk to the shop owner, Greg, and what a lovely gentleman he is! So hospitable and kind. Once you walk into the shop you’re hit by the tantalizing aroma of savoury foods and coffee! The space is great and there is lots of seating. They have free wifi too which is especially great for students like myself. The brownie was amazing and I’m sure all their other food is as well. I will certainly be back to try the pizza!
