Great food and service! I worked in an authentic Mexican restaurant in Toronto for 9 years, my wife is Mexican, we go all over Mexico every year, and I’m a bit of a foodie having working in restaurants for 15years….and this place impressed me. Although I’m vegan and only got the vegan tacos, so I can’t speak for the rest of the menu, the tacos were fantastic! Authentic corn tortillas, proper guacamole with NO garlic or black pepper (that’s right, Mexican guac doesn’t come with raw garlic) and good toppings. Wes is the man. Great service hombre…and Claudette is a super cool owner and creator of this establishment. Great job 👏🏻 it’s obvious you’ve spent a lot of time in Mexico 🇲🇽

Small beef burrito was tasty and the ingredients tasted fresh. I'm still getting over the $20 small burrito price.

Some of the best food in all of Haliburton! Our go to lunch spot. Fresh and delicious. Great prices. Always love talking to Claudette, Wes, and the team. Serving the best food with the best energy. Maybe it’s all the love that makes it so good. <3

Y’ALL this is a freaking fantastic place to eat. I pride myself on being a ~quesadilla connoisseur~ and this is where I come when I’m craving one. The staff are sweet as pie and I genuinely enjoy chatting with them, the INGREDIENTS are FRESH and always so delicious, and they care about the environment - using reusable cutlery and paper rather than plastic. (Bonus points cause I can get my quesadilla AND iced latte fix all in the same building. Slay. ) 5 stars all around. YOU HAVE TO COME HERE 🤍🤍

This place is an absolutely gem in small town Haliburton. They are doing better tacos found in most major cites. Meat selections are well seasoned, topping choices are on point, great salsas and a nice little patio overlooking Head Lake. This place might just make me visit Haliburton more often again.

what an awesome play in a antique shop HUGE COLLECTION the food was outstanding we went with motorcycle riding club and where treated great , BEST TACOS 🌮 I HAVE HAD HANDS DOWN

This visit i tried the Poquito crunch chicken. It was delicious toppings so nice and fresh. Was worth the 2 hour drive. Will plan more visits.

New location across from the CIBC is fantastic! Enjoyed the Friday night open mic. Great tunes, good seating and patio options. Food was fresh, delicious and plentiful; definitely could have shared a single serving!

The food is pretty good but I don't think the amount you get is worth the hefty price. The beef tacos were great, if maybe a little bland & the corn tortilla fell apart quickly. The tortilla chips were SO good though. It was a little hard to find (inside the antique shop) but the atmosphere is great & staff was friendly

Tried it once and we thought we would give it another try, but the second time confirmed our thoughts of the first visit. The corn tortillas did not hold together well and the flavour was extremely bland. The chicken quesadilla needed to be reheated as nothing was heated through and the cheese was not melted. We ended up needing to use a fork to eat the tacos which we only ate one out of the three because the flavour was not great. Overall, the price was extremely high for the low quality food.
