The view is just surreal and it's a once-in-a-lifetime experience!. This was my very first visit to FLYGTA as one of my friends had recommended based on his previous visit and it came out to be so true. You can find a great deal for the FLYGTA tickets through Groupon. I will suggest you reach 30 mins before your trip because due to the pandemic it's been slightly hard to figure out the direct entrance for this place and this is exactly located in the Billy Bishop Airport. Once you enter the port the officials will do a proper temperature check of yours before you proceed. As soon as you make your way towards the port, you will see a variety of Chartered plane, make sure you check the packages before selecting your plane. The tour is of 30 mins and what you will witness is absolute beauty from the skies and the best thing to enjoy is the CN Tower. The pilot was very interactive and did tell us about the places that we are covering as we flew taking photos and pictures of the clouds, sea, and the city. It was indeed a delightful experience to explore Toronto with FLYGTA.

Couldn’t recommend this enough! Our experience was more than perfect: I got a Groupon for my husband as his birthday gift. Had issues with the Groupon from the beginning, so called the Flygta a few times to figure out how to make this happen and the girl (I believe her name is Jessica) on the phone was always extremely helpful and walked me through all the booking process even all this was very last minute. The whole process of booking a flight, getting to the airport and waiting was very good. Everything was very well organized and easy, the office is pretty new, waiting area is nice. We booked the group flight, but nobody else has booked at that time, so got to enjoy a private experience. The pilot (I believe his name was Darek) was very friendly, took a few photos of us. The view was amazing! We got lucky to enjoy a very sunny day with no clouds, so all the scenery was unbelievable. Thank you FlyGTA for amazing experience, it was a pleasure dealing with you!

I had an amazing time from start to finish. Instructions to get to the IflyGta hub were very clear and helpful. Upon our arrival we were greeted and welcomed by the staff. Shortly thereafter we were brought to the back room to watch the safety video. After the safety video we had a question and answer session. They distributed our champagne bottles and brought us out to the plane. The pilot was very attentive, he made sure everyone was safe and comfortable. Throughout the flight he offered information, answered our questions and cracked a few funny jokes. The flight was unbelievable; everything I had hoped for and more. This was by far the closest and best view I have ever seen of the CN tower. This was an amazing experience, I will be back again. They also included the photo package with my reservation, this gave me the opportunity to go back onto the tarmac for some nice photos. I recommend purchasing the photo package if you want to get a time slot to take nice photos. I absolutely recommend this experience with IflyGta.

Amazing experience, great staff and pilot, you have to try it more then once even. Short lived however, I think the actual ride is advertised as 30 minutes, I think the take off and landing is included in that duration which kinda disappoints you if you are in the air and thinking ok I still have 10 more mins to enjoy this ride. Other wise great experience if you wanna see another side of the city. Make sure you check weather forecast before booking.

I got my boyfriend the 100Km flight tour around Toronto as a Christmas gift through Groupon. We redeemed the offer on Feb 18/18. We had such a great experience! We got a call the day prior to let us know that the forecast showed some cloud cover for the time slot that we had booked our flight. Leah (the customer service rep that called) offered for us to go on the more expensive sunset flight at 5pm for no extra charge if we preferred. We decided to go for the sunset flight and had a blast. Once you get off the ferry and park, the office is a little difficult to find. There is no signage posted pointing you in the right direction. We went into a door marked as Hangar 6 and found locked doors and signs saying that it was not the flight tour or heli tour. We went up another set of stairs to the Heli Tours and found a sign saying that the plane tours were at the back around the corner. We found another door with no signage but an airport personelle was standing outside and asked what we were looking for. He then directed us in to the right place. The FlyGTA office is very nice and clean. When it was time for our flight, our pilot greeted us with a gift bag containing a red rose, a small bottle of sparkling wine (which they incorrectly call champagne.. any real wine connoisseur will know the difference) and two glasses. We were then escorted out to our airplane and were given the opportunity to take some pictures before we boarded. The plane is very small as expected, not really made for tall people. (My boyfriend is 6'2" and I am 5'8", we both had some troubles bending down for enough to walk up to our seats, our backs dragged across the roof of the airplane the entire walk up and my boyfriend had about 4 inches of head room above him when seated). The flight over all was very smooth and a great way to see the city. I would highly recommend it.

An easy and fun way to travel! Decided to try FlyGTA and land at Muskoka Airport to join family at the cottage. For this local flight you cross over to the Toronto island airport and walk out of the terminal and directly to the FlyGTA waiting office -- no lines, no customs, no stress. Billy Bishop airport rocks! Decided not to have my 5 year old ride for free in my lap, which was good because the seats are quite small/tight. (I think our plane had seats for 8 passengers total?) I had read that the engine noise is loud so I brought ear buds for me and an earphone headset for little guy - just to tone it down. For 30 mins flight time it isn't a big deal, and the city views at take off are amazing, with things to see all the way enroute. Eventually my over-excited kid fell asleep and didn't wake up upon arrival because our landing was so smooth.

I'm not one to usually post reviews, but the experience that Jazz and his team at FlyGTA put together for me is once that I cannot overlook. I approached Jazz looking to plan the perfect proprosal for my now fiancee (we did a live in air-concert touring the best city in the world, Toronto). Considering the weather in January, and the amount of orchestrating that needed to be done to accomodate everyone's schedule and still still surprise my fiancee with the proposal.... Jazz and FlyGTA delivered... and they delivered big. One of the most unforgettable days of my life. My finacee refers to it as "it felt like a dream." The text I sent Jazz the morning after our planned tour.... "Jazz - I cant get over how much you killed it for me yesterday man. You went above and beyond and truly brought my vision to life. I appreciate you man. More than the manager in you that was able to pull strings and make this reality against the circumstances and the obstacles we had in our way..... This was my first time flying with FLYGTA and my first time flying in a small plane. I really did not know what to expect. Everyone was very nice and made me feel comfortable. One of the downfalls for me is the flight times but that is totally understandable, and the fact that if there is an emergency at home, i am "stuck" in Toronto until flight time. I will definitely fly with FLYGTA again.

Can’t describe the experience and customer service we had with them. I was late for my flight and they really tried to help me the best they could despite their policy. I didn’t even hesitate to get another flight just because of their service. Just a note to others make sure you’re on time 👍🏽

The entire experience from the moment I walked into the building was beyond pleasant and positive. Everyone working had a smile on their face, was approachable and friendly. We were taken through an information session to inform us of the safety rules and such • which was short and sweet, but purposeful. The views of the city were EPIC. So cool to see the city from that perspective. A phenomenal experience overall. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone for a fun date, a Father’s Day gift, or just for fun to experience this city in a new light!

Recently went on a private sunset tour through FlyGTA and hands down one of the best experiences me and my girlfriend have had. Definitely recommend paying the extra to fly solo as you get to share a bottle of champagne (which they let you chose from a few options) while enjoying the views one-on-one. If you opt for the photo package, the team will take amazing photos with the Toronto skyline in the background and then later edit, print, and email you them for memories. Overall exceptional customer service from all the personnel from check-in to pilot.

The entire experience was pleasant. They had to reschedule our flight to a different time due to visibility issues, but contacted me with enough notice. There was a few back and forth Communication, but it was quick was great service. It was a beautiful flight over the city.

It wasn't as good as I thought. The plane used for common/group tour is ridiculously small and by the time you feel comfortable, the tour ends in 30 minutes. And there really wasn't too much to see other than the beautiful Toronto island. The downtown is basically capitalism on steroids; looks kind of scary from up top...Overall I don't think it's worth 100$ for what you get. I'd pay a little extra and go for the private tour, only then it might be worth your time!

I bought their services via Groupon as a surprise birthday gift. I purchased the short flight over the city of Toronto. It was amazing being able to see Toronto from a birds-eye view. The pilot and people at the front desk were very friendly, even took our photo right in front of the plane right after. The champagne gifted was a cute tough. I saw they offer a similar experience to Niagara Falls. I would like to try that one next.

I have taken 2 plane tours of Toronto city and both experiences have been absolutely phenomenal. Mind blowing views of this beautiful city we call home ❤️ I highly recommend.

Flew to Kingston for a weekend break with FlyGTA and had a wonderful time. It's very casual and different from flying with a commercial carrier, and thus so much more pleasant and enjoyable. The aircraft were small (a Beechcraft King Air and Piper Navajo, to be specific) and it felt sort of special to be able to fly to another city on something that seats 7 instead of 200. Not to mention, since you're flying decently low, the views are incredible the entire time. Touched down in Kingston after 40 minutes, which is hugely preferable to 3 hours on the 401. Will totally be flying with these guys again.

This was absolutely thrilling! Due to COVID they couldn’t bring out the drinks but I took my dad as a Christmas gift I bought last year and he was so happy. The pilot was extremely friendly and the tour was about 30 mins. It was enough time to be honest and we really enjoyed seeing Toronto like this. I would do it again with my kids!

Flight from Toronto to Wiarton was awesome. It was easy, about five minutes to reserve over the phone, flight was easy over gorgeous weather, and landed smoothly in Wiarton. The staff were friendly and awsome.

Do not believe the public reviews here as it would relate to private charters. I’ve never had a worse airline experience and this was booking a private charter so you’d expect higher end service. DO NOT FLY with this airline.

Do not rely on this service unless you have a “Plan B”. Second time out of three attempts my return flight from Toronto to Niagara Regional Airport has been cancelled due to unscheduled maintenance or not enough tickets sold??????? Not sure why FlyGTA does not have a “Plan B”???? No offer to assist me in finding transportation back to Niagara airport to pick up my vehicle just a credit for flight not taken.

I'm writing this on Friday after 5 pm, and I had to stop and take a moment to celebrate a great customer experience! I was looking for a flight from Niagara to Toronto and reached out to Vishu to see what the schedules were like, and although the schedule did not work for me, I still left the email conversation extremely delighted! Communication is everything in Customer Experience, and the speed at which he responded was brilliant. His courteous and kind response was so delightful that it made me forget all about the fact that they did not have a flight that worked for me. Customer Delight is in the details, and typically on a Friday at the end of the day, most organizations are unlikely to respond, let alone with such a high level of service! Wanted to share my experience as a first time traveller on FlyGTA. I was late getting to my flight out of TORONTO and they were kind enough to hold the plane. That’s the beauty of flying on a private airline. Also, the staff was very friendly and personable.

Superb experience! Gave a surprise to my soon to be wife. Our pilot and the entire staff at FlyGTA were very professional and made our experience all that much better! Would highly recommended for couples.

Absolutely the best service. Actually makes going to Toronto a pleasure!!! Certainly beats a 2 to 3 hour week day drive.

Got a voucher to use here from a friend and was excited to get a chance to use it. On day of booking, we got there 2 min late and were told by very rude customer service agent; Mehrdad, that we cannot do anything about it. This was my fault and I pleaded my case but again got really horrible customer service. I knew I couldn’t have been the first person to be late ever and after arguing a bit they told us we can rebook but will have to pay the full price of one ticket (they had a solution but chose to argue with me for no reason). Rebooked it. Got there early the next date we booked it for and the pilot took us out 3 min after our time. To sum it up, they could’ve let us go the first time for being 2 min late but chose to rip me off and take more money. I still remember how the customer service agent said how they are an international company and Hold themselves to high standards. Picture below shows time stamp of second time and how we were still in lobby. Got into the plane a few minutes after that picture was Never using flygta again.

Flight was nice, but they are very disorganized. We had photos taken and over a month later after multiple attempts to contact them, we have yet to receive them.

I would rate these people zero in customer service at the time of booking they say something else and on the day of tour it is completely change i would never recommend anyone to visit this place i was booked for a private tour but at the end i was forced to take a group tour and i was told it will be private at the time of booking they really spoiled my day .

Had an amazing time with FlyGTA tours. Flight was very comfortable, everything was on time & the scenes from up above were picturesque. Just a heads up, better views (easier access for photo/video taking) are on the left side of plane when facing forward towards pilot. So if you're out on a date, let your date take the left side... thank me later lol.

Disappointed! Booked my flight @1pm, they later called me telling me that 1pm is cancelled due to forecast so they put me to 3pm. This was a lie as the forecast called for sun and no winds. @1pm they called me asking why I’m not there and they were surprised when I told them they forced me to change to 3. Place was difficult to find &they assigned me to a seat with hardly no window...20min flight.
