I had the most wonderful experience with EKC. They answered all my questions any time of the day! They were so helpful and quick! From the moment I arrived, I witnessed their support. I have been staying with EKC Homestay Corporation about 6 months now. The owner Erdem is very hard-working and making sure that everything works properly in the houses. It is not only my house but other houses as well as I’ve heard from some of my friends who live in the homestay that EKC has provided. There is inspections are being done constantly every week. So, the mutual areas in the house are always clean. Erdem and his team are greeting you perfectly when you arrive in Canada and they take care of mostly your every request and treat you as nice as possible. I am pretty happy about getting to know this team along with their homestay style.

I've been staying in the North York for over 1 month and this place is excellent and everyone is helpful and friendly.The rooms are clean and fully furnished. The location of the place is 5 minutes from North York Center Station. You can easily reach groceries, banks and coffee houses via pathway that goes under the building! I would definitely recommend it to students and young professionals.

EKC Homestay was the perfect place for me to stay while I attended my college which is Toronto School of Management. I stayed there for 1 years and never had any complaints. The staff is amazing and they have amazing events all year long that keeps students engaged socially and academically. It allowed me to meet some great friends while still focusing on my academics effortlessly. EKC Homestay is a great place for students, no matter what year of studies they are in. EKC Homestay’s amenities such as the gym and abundance of study spaces really helps you feel at home (pun intended). I got to live in a very clean and secure building. All the amenities were included, with a gym and pool that I got to enjoy all summer. The building was centrally located and I was close to everything downtown in Toronto. EKC Homestay was helpful in keeping me up to date with any Information I needed regarding my rental and rent.

EKCHOMESTAY is the best.. this is why.. The unit was nice, clean and modern. The building seems to lack other problems I’ve heard other Toronto apartment buildings have . Absolutely no problems with hot water, elevators or even fire alarms! You’d have fire alarms rarely go off unlike other buildings where fire alarms are blasted on repeat annoyingly and even when they did it was only for a minute or two max.The biggest pro is the management, I was put into contact with Daniel who helped manage all my queries and he has been the most helpful and friendly manager I’ve come across.Any problem I had I’d text him and I was responded to quickly.I had to deal with a very annoying roommate who’d play music really loudly and Daniel was quick and persistent in dealing with him.He also arranged a place for me to stay for a couple of days after my lease was over and I was in between places and had nowhere to stay, that was a huge relief.If I didn’t have to move in with my brother I’d definitely ex

EKC homestay is the best company ever I’ve been living at home for almost a full academic year now and I have honestly enjoyed my stay here. I am staying in a 2 bedroom suite that is definitely larger than most dorm rooms I’ve seen. I enjoy the community and appreciate the fact that the suite was both furnished and came with cooking utensils. The kitchen and living room area are both very spacious which is great cause there’s lots of room for guests too. I plan to stay here over the next 2 years of College.

As someone who has lived here for more than 8 months, I don't really have many negative things to say. Surely the building is expensive but it's reasonable when compared to other buildings nearby and the services EKC provides. The EKC Homestay staff have always been so welcoming to me and have addressed any of my concerns in a professional and timely manner. As a student, I truly appreciate the in-suite cleaning provided as well as the programming/events that are planned to help build community. This building is still fairly new and you can tell the staff is trying their best to resolve all the "kinks" that come with a new building. They also provide us students with opportunities and workshops that can be useful depending on your area of study. Overall, my experience has been great!

I have lived at EKC Homestay since the start of last summer. When someone leaves a 5 star rating for a student residence, it's a given that the personal interactions and facilities are exceptional. The focus of my review is based on my experience over the last 2 weeks. With the global pandemic going on and a lot of students and their parents concerned, it's very comforting to see how EKC Homestay is really trying to keep the cleanest possible environment especially for public areas (the desk, the gym, and the big common/study room on the second floor). The staff diligently follow sanitary protocols and the maintenance crew regularly sanitize the high traffic areas (at least twice but maybe more: day and night). It's just a very reassuring response to current events especially if you consider, as a student, that this building is the only for student residence that is still operating to accommodate students who are not able to move out and go home easily (this is the only EKC Homestay residence open to upper years). I just think that EKC Homestay's response to the situation is very admirable and I can certainly feel the dedication to reassure the residents that staff are doing everything diligently for the sake of public health

When I heard stories from other homestay friends,they highly recommended Ekc Homestay, House is not over crowded and very clean, the air conditioning works great here and it’s great! The heating will probably work well too! There's a washing machine and dryer inside the house, so it's easy to do laundry, and the clothes room is spacious, so I think it would be good for people like me who brought a lot of clothes! :) I especially like that it's so close to the station that you can go anywhere.
