Would give this no stars if I could. Terrible customer service, no help at all and very rude. Went in expecting to be helped and all they did was put me down and make me seem less than. Luckily I was able to go to a different clinic who actually knew how to handle customers and told me that everything this clinic told me was wrong. Worst clinic ever. Strongly suggest not going here.

The receptionist is extremely rude and clipped. I said thank you and have a great day I got a “yep” in return. No smile no hello how are you today nothing and I tried to call for 15mins before I came in and the line was busy. When I walked in she was on a personal call. Horrible customer service and horrible woman.

Hope I never need this place again. Very good resource and very helpful in not so good times.

I would recommend not to use these people cause they just don't help they like troll you. I was asked to give my email my info but didn't have it right and called them up asked for it. I tried to send my info for my case and I didn't have the right email and it failed to send to the lawyer. They assign u a random worker and get ur info but they don't want your email but ur info. Why give me your Email if I can't even send you my case info. The receptionist is a bit rude and pushy and unhelpful with answering questions and information. They denied my case because of me not sending them information but not having to write an email to send it to you right makes sense to me. Look for a better lawyer elsewhere that is paid and can do a better job then these people. Cause they just troll you and are unhelpful. I was hoping that I wouldn't have to pay for one but I need help asap and didn't get it here.

Zero stars actually. I've used this service countless times, and they are as smart as a soup sandwich. Rude receptionist, unknowledgeable & unhelpful lawyers, hypocrites galore. DONT GO HERE !!!

Must have caught reception on a bad day...not pleasant at all. I'm not sure she should be dealing with the public. I hope the legal team proves to be more professional.

The person who answers the phone is rude and 0 compassion. Not recommended

They only offer help for tenants. There are a lot of small scale landlord makes low income they need legal help to deal with some nasty tenants out there!!!

If there was a zero stars option I would have chose that 100%. I have never in my life had someone speak so rude to me. All I needed was to book an appointment to have one paper signed and commissioned and whoever answered the phone today clearly needs to have a different job not dealing with people. She made me feel like I was doing something wrong asking for an appointment to the point that I apologized for bothering her as she loudly scuffed and sighed on the phone acting like I was an inconvenience to her and she then snapped out told me she was busy and hung up on me ...I will drive to Barrie where they are not miserable people ....worst experience ever

The lawyer i got assigned on my case was very very helpful :) thank you so much for always taking your time to help me and get back to me when id leave voicemails in decent time 🤗 I was very transparent with them in giving all my info and medical history so they could give me the best help possible!
