Dr, Belter has much professionalism.The office is very clean and inviting. What a great view from the dental chair! Her staff are friendly and Melissa has a gentle hygenist touch. Was in arbitration with my insurance company on a bill, asked for help 4 times.. no response. Got kicked out of arbitration for lack of paperwork I asked them for. Paid my $151 bill for a cleaning with a note complaining about their lack of response to a 20 year patient. Not even a phone call. Just a bill for $50 an appointment I did not confirm or even know about missing. Terrible customer service. $$$$$$

Melissa was great. Bridgeview has a wonderful vibe. I'm not a fan of teeth cleaning so it's good to have a calming environment.

I was pleased with the quality of care provided by Lisa at my last visit. I will miss have Karen as my hygienist, but happy that Lisa was thorough and experienced. I would have appreciated being contacted in person of the change not only in provider but also the change in time. In this digital generation, for those in my age bracket relying on changes by just sending texts, etc. are not as thoughtful as in person contact. Margie

Dentist and Hygienists are all super great, knowledgeable and friendly. I had Lisa for a Hygienist and highly recommend her. I do not like going to the dentist but I don't worry as much when I know I am gong to Bridgeview. They have a great text messaging system to remind you of appointments as well as when you are due for an apt, they will text you with cancelation openings. Dr B also saved my tooth that was in bad shape so I am super grateful for that!

My family sees Dr. Belter. She and her staff are amazing. My children worry about going to the dentist and Dr. Belter is so good at putting their minds at ease and providing excellent care. The staff at her office is incredibly friendly and helpful and the office is welcoming. I highly recommend Bridgeview Dental.

Dr. Belter and her team are the most professional, caring and kind dental professionals you could ever work with. They take the time to get to know you and your family and work with you for the best possible care. If you are looking for a dentist, this is the place to go. We trust Dr. Belter and her staff with all of our dental needs and she has never steered us wrong. My husband and daughter have had some major dental work needed that Dr. Belter uncovered the issue and got them in the hands of expert dental surgeons to take care of the issues, and still being a big part of their care. I highly recommend Dr. Belter and her wonderful staff! My husband and I both go here after not having dental work for about 10 years. I've had root canals, fillings, and cleanings all done at Bridgeview. Dr. Belter and her staff just have a way of calming anxiety if you haven't been to the dentist in a long time. I would not go anywhere else. They explain things to you in a way that help you to understand exactly what your teeth need and how to fix it. My teeth are looking better and better as I have more work done at Bridgeview!
