We were here for a short meal and it was really really good. The buritto was delicious and the boss was very friendly and warm. We can recommend this restaurant everyone who loves good and "fast" (but defiantly not fast in terms of other big-restaurants) food! It's quite cheap (at least compared with other restaurants in Oslo) and absoluty sufficient :)

Went for the first time last week and had to come back two days later, amazing food, amazing people. All the amazing flavours combined with a hot sauce that actually got a kick in it (first time i experienced this in norway). This is already a go-to spot for me, i will be back, working my way through the menu. Highly recommended!

We found Freddy! Fresh, made-to-order burritos with focus on quality. Very friendly staff, great tasting food, can't be anything but 5⭐️. Oslo isn't big, you can easily walk here from central station. Don't miss it!

Don’t be fooled by the good ratings & reviews! just horrible! They put 1kg of Guacamole and the rest is just small pieces of beef or chicken. They totally ruined my stomach for 2 days + the price is just way 2 high. Never again.

It was my first time dining in at Freddy Fuego Burrito today and I was satisfied 😊 I ordered "Beef Burrito Bowl" and didn't regret it! The beef was very tender and the veggies were fresh, easily a must-have dish 😋 The staff were very friendly and helpful. Since I was a first timer here, they let me try different salsa before I pick my own choice. Nice portion, reasonable price (for Norway). I will definitely be back for more yummy Burritos 🌯 🥗🍴

Went here to try their authentic Mexican burritos. Overall, I was very impressed. The atmosphere was fun, the restaurant clean, the service was very friendly, and most importantly, the food was delicious and full of flavor. However, I knocked off a star because I feel the pricing was a bit too expensive. I had only a burrito and it cost 240kr! This was due to the extra charge for the guacamole as well as extra salsa. In my opinion, if the base burrito costs almost 180kr you shouldn't charge for some extra salsa which doesn't cost much to produce. Also, the extra for the guacamole was too much for what it added. Think of it like this, had I included a drink and some chips, I would have been over 300kr and there are a lot of options at that price point for even nicer places... But, for a delicious, authentic burrito, this place delivers.

I asked for spicy and I got my tear inducing, synesthesia starting, making me taste the color black spicy burrito. 7/5 would sear my second tongue if I had one.

Tasty and fresh ingredients! Nice find while strolling through Oslo. We came just after dinner time and they had ran out of chicken, because yes everything is freshly cooked the day off, no issues, the complementary delicious chips n salsa made up for the way! Go on, try it!

One of the best burritos in Norway. Their Spanish rice is absolutely full of flavor and what really makes the burrito. Chicken is juicy and flavorful, and the salsa verde has a nice little bite to it. Well worth the price.

The burrito was delicious i chose the beef because they are out of chicken. The reason I gave this review is because of the following two reasons. The first is the very disturbing and noisy music. It was like a mixture of rock, jazz and loud noisy traffic. No offence to those who like this, however, i really had to rush it to escape the noise. The second reason is the price, I paid around 260kr for a burrito and a coke 🤔. So will I come back here? Probably Yes, because I understand that prices in Norway and costs are insane and that music choice is probably easy to change. Otherwise, the service was fast and overall with a few tweaks here and there it will be a 5 star. Thank you 🙏

Great well priced food that has the best cost in the area, staff were polite and spoke good English. Letting you try some of the salsa before ordering is a plus because the spice is harder in the best way possible.

I was in Oslo on a work trip recently, and was looking for something quick, easy and nearby my hotel. Enter Freddy Fuego Burrito Bar- A place that lives up to its name, being exactly what it claims to be: A place for burritos. The salsas are great, but different than standard US fair, with the chef's creativity coming out in the prep. If you're expecting a burrito like standard chains in the US, you'll be disappointed. And, well, if your only experience with burritos is those places, I feel sad for you, since you're missing out on all the wonderful ways to combine salsa, meats, and veggies and wrap it all into a tortilla. Freddy Fuego Burrito Bar has delicious burritos with amazing salsas and unique flavors. The owner is very excited about having you sample his salsas, which come in several unique and tasty varieties. I only had a few days in Oslo, and ended up here twice due to tastiness, vigor of the owner, and being close to where I was staying. The owner clearly cares a lot, and it shows in the preparation and flavor of the food.

I've eaten here many times and it is always delicious. I usually get the pork or beef burrito and it's hard to choose. You get what you pay for here, it is very high quality ingredients. Also get the chips with salsa and guacamole, the chips are so fresh

A perfect place for lunch! The staff was friendly, and let me have a taste of everything before making my choice. Everything was obviously freshly made. Good portion sizes, too. One burrito kept me going for hours. I will definitely be back.

Excellent food. We were a little confused as to what to order when we arrived but need not have worried. The staff were really helpful and made sure we understood what was on offer. The food is of the highest standard, highly recommended.

Atmosphere is nice and price is in line with what you should expect from this area. Staff are lovely and service was brilliant. Such an excellent standard. I had the pulled beef burrito; the meat was fantastic, faultless and flavoursome, but I felt as though the rice could do with some seasoning - which is reflected in my almost-perfect score.

As a Texan, this is one of the best burritos I've had in Europe!! Awesome flavors, fresh ingredients, and the Freddy's Revenge Salsa... magnificent!!! Finally found an actual spicy salsa in Europe. I just had to fly to Oslo to get it! Last, the kind lady at the counter was so nice, and I had some good conversation while waiting. If you want a fantastic, authentic burrito in Oslo, this is the place!

Freddy Fuego offers authentic burritos and a delicious variety of salsas that will satisfy all spice tolerances! We especially loved the Freddy's Revenge salsa; the habaneros were SO fresh and really packed a punch! The staff was incredibly warm, welcoming, and happy to serve. We will definitely go back next time we visit Oslo! :)

Amazing value for money with prices of food in Oslo, decor is beautiful, the staff were very nice and friendly and the burritos are out of this world. With the location and views you get (considering the competitors in the area too!) this is a MUST go. We are hoping to come back here when next in Oslo :)

Fresh made daily, this establishment is serving up the epitome of quality burritos. Personally, I go for the beef, and everything is simply delicious. The salsas are exquisite, spicy, and yet so delightfully flavorful. Truly, if you are eating out in Oslo, and you're not going to Freddy Fuego, you are missing out!

Walked in to this hidden gem, minutes before they were closing and was presently surprised by both the food and hospitality. Every ingredient tasted fresh and added a different element to the dish. The portion size was perfect as well. A must try for Mexican lovers when in Oslo.

The best burrito I have ever tried! Totally recommend to try some, their salsas are extremely delicious 😋 Be aware the spicy one salsa is really-really spicy, but nevertheless the tastiest one and I totally do not regret choosing it. In addition, I strongly recommend to take one of their Mexican soda as a nice accompaniment

Great place to get simple and delicious meal. The staffs were very friendly and they even let me try the sauces before I order. Ingredients were all fresh. I ordered chicken and the meat was so juicy and tender. Love the Mexican guava soda too. Highly recommend this place!
