First
the
good
things:
Bjørvika
Apartments
have
an
excellent
product.
The
apartments
are
nice,
they
look
very
much
they
do
in
photos
on
the
home
page.
The
location
is
excellent.
Practically
in
downtown.
Grønland
is
not
the
safest
place
in
Oslo,
but
Oslo
is
a
quite
safe
city
in
general.
The
apartment
was
well-kept,
mostly
filled
with
IKEA
products,
but
still
nice.
Some
small
things
it
would
be
easty
to
fix:
In
the
bathroom
there's
no
place
to
hang
towels,
place
soap
or
anything
else,
except
on
top
of
the
washing
machine,
but
that's
quite
typical
for
hotel
bathrooms.
There
is
nowhere
to
slice
bread,
hardly
any
pots
and
pans
to
prepare
anything
but
ready-made
meals.
One
a
bit
unpleasant
thing
was
that
the
door
is
not
possible
to
lock
from
the
inside.
There's
no
lock
you
can
turn
or
security
chain.
Only
an
outside
RFID
key
lock.
Then
the
not
so
good:
The
customer
service
is
horrendous.
They
are
very
polite
and
smile
at
you
you
meet
them
face
to
face
at
their
office.
But
they
don't
show
you
to
the
apartment,
as
stated
in
the
contract,
they
only
point
you
in
the
approximate
direction.
They
lie
to
you
about
cleaning.
There
is
none.
Even
though
they
smile
to
you
and
say
"full
cleaning
every
Wednesday,
new
bed
linens
and
towels"
at
check
in.
There
are
no
new
bed
linens
and
towels
either.
Unless
you
call
them
repeatedly
several
days
until
they
finally
bother
providing
you
that.
And
if
you
stay
there
more
than
one
week,
we
stayed
there
four,
you'll
have
to
repeat
the
procedure,
calling
them
again
and
again.
Or
do
your
own
washing
of
linen
and
towels,
of
course,
as
we
ended
up
doing.
It's
very
sad
that
they
ruin
such
a
good
product
by
not
providing
any
type
of
service.
If
you
plan
on
staying
more
than
a
week
in
Oslo,
I
advise
you
to
find
a
different
place.
Oh,
and
we
were
robbed.
In
the
apartment.
While
we
were
home.
On
a
Saturday
morning.
The
door
was
locked
(from
outside,
only
electronic
wireless
lock
from
outside,
as
I
said
previously
it's
not
possible
to
lock
it
physically
from
inside).
I
was
getting
dressed
in
the
bedroom,
then
I
heard
a
noise
from
the
living
room.
I
checked.
And
stood
face
to
face
with
a
man
wearing
sunglasses
and
face
mask,
going
through
the
jackets
hanging
by
the
entrance
door.
He
saw
me,
leaned
forward
and
grabbed
my
wallet
on
the
desk
close
to
him,
then
turned
and
ran.
I
followed
him
throughout
the
backyard,
and
was
this
close
on
catching
him,
but
he
escaped
over
a
fence.
But
here's
the
creepy
thing.
The
lock
is
electronic,
according
to
Bjørvika
Apartments
there
are
only
three
keys
that
can
be
used
to
open
it,
the
two
we
got,
and
the
one
in
their
office,
used
by
cleaners
(of
which
there
are
none).
The
lock
is
impossible
to
open
unless
you
have
keys.
There
are
no
signs
of
someone
breaking
the
door
open
(and
no
sounds
either).
The
door
is
impossible
to
leave
half
open
by
mistake,
it
opens
wide
by
itself
wide
open
so
you
immediately
notice
should
you
not
shut
it
completely
(a
very
nice
feature).
So,
the
big
question
is
how
was
the
burglar
able
to
break
into
our
apartment?
And
possibly
yours,
should
you
decide
to
stay
here.
A
very
unpleasant
experience.
Have
we
heard
anything
from
Bjørvika
Apartments
after
the
incident?
No
Not
a
single
word,
not
an
e-mail,
phone
call,
nor
SMS.
Nothing.
