recently
made
a
purchase
where
I
did
not
receive
the
promised
discount
I
had
through
my
loyalty
card.
Ultimately
left
the
shop
and
later
left
a
negative
review
because
I
was
not
happy
with
the
service.
But
the
shop
manager
personally
called
me,
apologized
and
offered
to
return
to
the
store,
where
she
put
things
right
in
a
very
friendly
manner
and
assisted
me
with
advice
about
another
purchase.
If
it
is
good,
it
can
also
be
said.
And
the
first
purchase
with
a
voucher
turns
out
to
have
just
been
an
honest
misunderstanding
where
they
thought
I
had
1+1
for
free
instead
of
1
at
-50%,
so
in
the
end
not
a
disaster
in
itself,
but
it
has
been
corrected.
Furthermore,
the
store
is
always
well
maintained
and
you
will
receive
good
help
from
the
salespeople.
In
terms
of
range,
the
anti-cellulite
cream
works
very
well
and
so
do
the
moisturizing
day
creams.
Shower
gel
with
pomegranate
also
smells
heavenly
and
with
almost
every
purchase
you
receive
a
nice
discount
or
a
gift
with
the
loyalty
card.
