Lovely hotel. All the staff is very kind and friendly. Food is just delicious. Sauna is great and the fitness well equipped. This hotel is the best one I've tried so far in Belgium. Highly recommend!

Absolutely beautiful experience so far. The staff has been amazing. They speak English well. The food has been very good every time. The sauna in the basement is very clean and quiet and relaxing. The housekeeping staff does a good job and you don't even know they're around.

We have been staying twice in this hotel. We stayed both times in the Deluxe Junior suite. Extremely nice and very large rooms with very good working air conditioning and modern design. The breakfast is satisfactory for a 3-star hotel. Very friendly staff.

A very average hotel... Rooms are ok, but absolutely nothing special. The colours of the floors and rooms (different types of neon) are "interesting". Positively standing out is the friendliness of the staff and the breakfast buffet.

Basic hotel but very nice.

Went to the family suit, the hotel room was really outdated: had no air conditioning, the wallpaper was peeling, the shower wasn’t really well maintained (there were black stains everywhere). The only good thing was their pool and the breakfast. I give it 3 stars because I know that not all rooms are equal, just the room we were in, made it one of the worst 4star hotel rooms I’ve ever been.

Lovely hotel. Good bathroom, comfy beds although the room was small it was ok. Friendly reception staff. Breakfast was a good variety and plenty of coffee etc from machines. We noticed a great childrens play area. We enjoyed our stay.

Very nice hotel, very close to the sea and city center. Friendly and competent staff.

I was really disappointed, the pictures according to the truth were not at all, room is very small and old, they tried to paint the walls so that it looks like new on the picture. We booked extra 1 room with 2 beds, in the hotel we were told that the rooms with 2 beds were no available, and it's only an Option. Really sad.....

Food terrible. Certain reception staff very unfriendly and not at all helpful. We were there with a coach party, and while we were in the middle of having our evening meal we were asked to move from our table so that a German family could all sit together bearing in mind that we had sat at the same table for the 3 previous nights which had the coach companies name on it. Would not recommend this hotel after the way we were treated.

Stayed here on a trip to Christmas markets with National Holidays. Room was very clean and comfortable. Good choice of food and good quality. Would book to stay here again as independent travellers.

Very much family friendly hotel, the price is very good as well. 2 minutes walking from the beach, and very kind team at the reception.

Good hotel clean comfortable but rooms would benefit with fridge

No air conditioning and only one bottle of water for the whole group for all of the stay.
