    I found Dimitris yoga classes online, and now I'm inviting all my friends! I really like that the summer sessions take place in the park, which helps to relax. Some asanas are a bit scary to do on my own without guidance, but in the classes, they show different difficulty levels, and I can choose the one that suits me. A lot of time is devoted to improving back flexibility and breathing, which is great when your lifestyle involves a lot of sitting.

    Dimitri, it was great for me to visit your yoga practice.🧘🙌 One of my good friends recommended you to me. I decided to come and relax with your practice and take on new interesting asanas. A very pleasant and joyful energy field in which you lead. After practice I feel lightness and a surge of energy, I especially liked the idea with Michael Jackson☺️. Strength practices alternated very correctly with relaxation and stretching. I will be happy to come to your yoga practice again.💪 I recommend Dimitri as a trainer in Stuttgart because , it is so positive and pleasant to practice with him.👍

    I found Dimitri classes in Stuttgart through internet. I'm constantly searching and trying something new for myself. I've tried going to the gym for shaping, etc., but yoga is right on point: it helps with stretching, relaxation, endurance, balance, and keeps both body and spirit in harmony. What's even cooler is that it's in the park, in a beautiful place, with well-selected music, fresh air, and very interesting exercises. Thank you very much for this opportunity 🙏, yoga and physical activity helped me deal with depression. Physical and mental health are interconnected and essential 🧘‍♀️🧘🧘‍♂️.

    I found information about Dimitri's yoga classes on the Internet, but for a long time, I couldn't manage to sign up. There were many people interested in doing yoga with Coach Dimi. Then, I heard from a friend that there are classes on Sundays in the park, so I decided to join. My overall well-being improved dramatically, and I started experiencing less lower back pain. After the classes, I feel a sense of lightness and pleasant tiredness. I can wholeheartedly recommend Dimitri as a personal trainer in Stuttgart. He explains the exercises clearly and includes enjoyable music. I am truly grateful for his guidance and support during the sessions. I really like the workouts and am delighted to have found such a skilled and motivating trainer like Dimitri!

    I attended the sport class on the recommendation of a friend. I genuinely enjoyed the workout. Dimi provides clear explanations, and I felt at ease throughout the session. I now feel exceptionally well, and I'm grateful for the positive impact on my back and neck. I recommend Dimitri as a personal coach; his professionalism is truly impressive. Thank you.

    I found Dimitri's group on a friend's recommendation and attended the classes to support my not-so-young body in staying in good shape 😂. I enjoy the relaxed atmosphere in Dimitri's classes, which surprisingly pairs well with a rather intense workout for all muscles, ligaments, and joints. I haven't been training with you for a long time, only twice, but I've noticed that it feels like my shoulders have straightened a bit, my muscles are getting into good shape, and I'm regaining some lost flexibility. And it's very pleasant. Of course, I can recommend Dimitri as a personal trainer to my acquaintances of any age because you use an individual approach based on each person's preparation and current abilities. I am very grateful to you for these classes.

    Dimitri is a great Personal Coach. He’s attentive and during group classes he gives individual advice and recommendations. He explains the exercise clearly and understandably, which is important, he always performs them together throughout the entire workout, so you just watch and try to repeat exactly the same 😅 It is not boring with him and the main thing is to train effectively 👍 So, I can safely recommend Dimitri as a coach in Stuttgart 💪

    I found Personal Coach Dimitri through the internet and have been attending his Yoga classes since winter. In the summer, I joined Dimitri's group for outdoor yoga sessions in the park. Making the decision to join his classes was definitely a good choice, and I'm happy that I did. The lessons are excellent, with a focus on strength and endurance, effectively engaging all the muscles in the body. 😄 What I appreciate the most is the simplicity and clarity of the explanations provided for performing the exercises. They are easy to understand and follow. 🙏🏻 Thank you for your dedication and hard work. I'm already excited and eagerly looking forward to the next lesson. ☺️

    Dimitri was advised to me by girls attending he’s yoga classes.There were great reviews, so I decided to give it a try. In the class, I liked the physical activity combined with the opportunity to relax. After yoga classes, I feel lightness, harmony, I feel less stiffness and clamps in my body. Idefinitely recommend Dimitri as a personal trainer, because he manages to give a charge of vivacity, a feeling of energy and at the same time calmness.🧘🏼‍♀️

    Hello everyone! I found Dimitri online among many trainers in Stuttgart. His presentation of information, quick response, and charisma caught my attention, and I'm glad I chose him! I liked the way he presents information, everything became clear right after the first session. Each subsequent training brings joy because with every workout, you become stronger, and it's really noticeable thanks to Dimi! The results after 6 weeks are simply great!! I lost a lot of excess fat, and got stronger! Squatting used to be very difficult, but now it's easy. The progress is extraordinary, and everyone around me says that my body looks more athletic. Friends at the gym are amazed by my progress. I can lift heavier weights and feel more energetic and alive. Also, with my diabetes, I have to inject less insulin and feel great. Dimitri is the best thing that happened to me in terms of sports; to achieve the same results I reached in 6 weeks, I would have taken at least six months by myself. Huge thanks to Dimitri, his knowledge and help are simply invaluable.

    I found Personal trainer Dimitri in Stuttgart, through a recommendation. While I was on vacation, we trained one to three times a week, focusing on boxing. I was very happy with the workouts; they were always fun but not easy. I really enjoyed the experience, and I highly recommend him as a personal trainer. He also conducted a body analysis and provided a recommendation for another trainer, which made my workouts in other city much more effective. Thanks, and see you soon in Stuttgart!

    I was looking for a yoga course on the Internet and I was very lucky, I found an ad on Facebook about classes with Dimitri. I came to the first lesson and I really liked it. Dimi gives a lot of exercises useful for the body. I used to have back and neck pain from time to time. I also felt very tired physically and mentally. After classes with Dimitri, my pains disappeared, I feel energetic and full of strength and at the same time relaxed. Especially after a workout. I recommend coach Dimitri, because he is a professional in his field. Training takes place in a friendly and positive atmosphere. It is very comfortable to work with him. I will continue to work with him and recommend him to friends. Thank you very much for the opportunity to practice yoga with you.

    Dimitri was recommended to me as a coach in one of the Stuttgart groups. I could read many positive reviews about his training, so I decided to join. After the workout my neck felt a lot more relaxed and my back feels a lot better. I liked the accuracy of the instructions for the exercises and his sense of humor :) My back and neck feel better, more relaxed and flexible. After the workout I felt my whole body trained and stretched. a great feeling. I can definitely recommend training with Dimi and I already had experience with different trainers.

    I recently found out about the outdoor training with Dimitri. I haven't do sports for a long time. So it was not easy for me to start. There is always a great atmosphere during training. Personal Trainer Dimitri notices everything and follows everyone with an individual approach. Now my physical form has improved a lot. And I’ll tell you a something: I can already do the things that I did more than 10 years ago, before the birth of my child. And that's just after training in the summer. By the way, Dimi is also in great physical shape. Big recommendation for everyone who wants to get in shape with Dimi as a Personal coach :)

    I really like doing yoga with Dimitri. I found the ad quite by accident in a telegram group and never regretted it. In a completely unfamiliar city and a foreign country, finding outdoor training with a Russian-speaking trainer is a huge success and incredible support for me as a refugee from Ukraine. Despite the fact that I am new to yoga, the classes are very comfortable. The trainer explains everything very clearly and gives several options for difficulty for each exercise. Classes are very helpful to distract from problems, relax and feel your body. I attended more than 5 classes and felt that the tension in my muscles, back and neck was gone. And also after classes, the mood rises and emotional stress goes away. I am very grateful to Dimitri for finding the strength and time for us! And I can safely recommend him as a coach, especially for beginners!

    I found Personal Trainer Dimitri through a recommendation. I decided to come to his classes, because I wanted to start doing yoga for a long time, and so I started looking for a trainer. I liked absolutely everything about Dimitris Yoga Classes: the approach to work, communication, mood and, of course, the results. My problem with the spine needs time to be solved, but I feel that I am going in the right direction. My neck and my back feel so much better, and I like to feel my body after class, especially, how the muscles work. I learned how to regulate my stress level through breathing. As a result, the sensations after the classes are fantastic, lightness and, a good mood. Of course, I can recommend Dimitri as a fitness coach. I like his individual approach to training, positive emotions and communication, and of course, the result - the body feels toned, grouped and light, and my mood is stable. Thank you very much!

    I found Dimitri through the Internet (specifically through a Telegram group for Ukrainian refugees). I decided to try to work out, although I’m quite lazy 🙈 and I do very little sports, but since there has been a lot of stress and emotional experiences lately, my body just screamed “go move!” From the first lesson with Dimitri it was easy and comfortable. He not only gives some kind of exercise to perform, but also tells you how and what to do better, and at the same time encourages and reminds you to smile 😄 After class, I always feel pleasant fatigue and lightness in my soul. I recommend Dimitri with all my heart! I am sure that he will be able to find an approach to everyone, and you will be satisfied. And at the same time you will become healthier and stronger 😉

    I came to Dimitri for the first time and and his training inspired me from the first coaching. I love yoga very much. Before my trip to Germany it helped me a lot to recover, have a mental rest, switch off and relax. Since I was at 6 different educations at the same time, went to 2 countries with consultations and taught there students, had a lot of fun with grandchildren and my family, so yoga was always important for me. On my trip to Germany, all this was very lacking, I quickly realized that I needed training, and more flexibility and stretching. I found Dimitri on the Internet. He did great job from the first time with his positive art and his attention while training. He is a person who teaches with love. Dimitri checking every exercise and monitors the correctness of its implementation. During the training, he drew my attention to drink more water and there are always exciting tips. I work as a nutritionist and I quickly noticed his professional nature. Many thanks to Dimitri, who helps me to distract from bad thoughts helped me to get in shape again. Physically and mentally. I recommend Dimitri to everyone as an excellent coach👍

    I found Personal Trainer Dimitri through the Internet. I wanted to significantly improve my mobility, and then I came across Dimitri Yoga courses. I really like he's approach to yoga and strength coaching. He explains every movement very well and understandable. Breathing exercises are great too! Especially the fact that I feel that the muscles really worked. What I really like is that, I can clearly feel each of my muscles after the workout and my mobility improves immediately. I can definitely recommend Dimitri as a personal trainer, great work.

    In Ukraine, sports with a professional trainer were not available for me. Intuitively, I understood that yoga was the best for me. I looked for classes in the Internet, tried to train in my own, but there was no feedback, it was difficult to understand whether I was doing the exercises correctly, it was very demotivating. When I saw an invitation to yoga classes in the park in one of the Stuttgart groups, I was very happy and decided to take advantage of this wonderful offer. And I was not disappointed! Dimitri is incredibly positive and friendly! After a workout, you feel an unprecedented surge of vivacity, good mood, the internal forces of the body are mobilized. After the training, stiffness in muscles and joints disappears, I want to flutter like a butterfly. I go to classes with pleasure, I look forward to meet Dimitri again

    Dmitri was recommended to me by a friend as a good coach. Previously, I practiced yoga in another country and wanted to continue my classes here. In the class, I work out all the muscles of the body. A pleasant atmosphere in the classroom is also important. I have some problems with my knees and thanks to the training, I feel lot better. Also a great relaxation in the back and neck after a workout. After the workout, my muscles feel super relaxed. No tension, it just feels great. I would like to recommend Dimitri as a professional trainer with an individual approach to everyone.
