through
a
recommendation.
I
decided
to
come
to
his
classes,
because
I
wanted
to
start
doing
yoga
for
a
long
time,
and
so
I
started
looking
for
a
trainer.
I
liked
absolutely
everything
about
Dimitris
Yoga
Classes:
the
approach
to
work,
communication,
mood
and,
of
course,
the
results.
My
problem
with
the
spine
needs
time
to
be
solved,
but
I
feel
that
I
am
going
in
the
right
direction.
My
neck
and
my
back
feel
so
much
better,
and
I
like
to
feel
my
body
after
class,
especially,
how
the
muscles
work.
I
learned
how
to
regulate
my
stress
level
through
breathing.
As
a
result,
the
sensations
after
the
classes
are
fantastic,
lightness
and,
a
good
mood.
Of
course,
I
can
recommend
Dimitri
as
a
fitness
coach.
I
like
his
individual
approach
to
training,
positive
emotions
and
communication,
and
of
course,
the
result
-
the
body
feels
toned,
grouped
and
light,
and
my
mood
is
stable.
