The best sushi and the best ramen I had in Stuttgart so far! Reasonable pricing, clean and organized atmosphere. I recommend the miso shiro soup as a starter!

Ok how start, the food was completely delicious I'm not to argue that. "the situation" was I like my sushi my rolls my everything with a lot of soy sauce, I know for the chef is a ritual make the food and deliver in person to the client but he was no right to tell me how and with what I can eat my rolls... and say it to me 2 times.... of course he ruins my delicious food and make feel really awkward because all the other cliens around us where looking at us supporting us... so I in a few words, delicious food, terrible service from the chef.

Just giving one star because the food was good. I went one day at 9 pm with my partner and we were told the restaurant close at 10, so we stayed and ordered. However at 9:40 the owner came to tell us to pay and leave because they wanted to close. I watch the time in my watch to see if it was already 10pm, but he told me the time didn't matter because we were the last guests and he would not wait for us. Basically the guy kicked us out! Never experienced such a nasty treat before👎🏻

The 4.7 review was a SCAM. The food was so ordinary, oily, salty, they served small portion and so expensive… The staffs was so RUDE and UNFRIENDLY especially the old guy (chef). I will not come back anymore in this restaurant.

Fab ambience, fresh food, authentic cuisine. Chef is pretty well known in Stuttgart and had been the owner of several jap places previously. This is his new, current (and only) baby so naturally followed him here! Try the curry dishes when it’s cold (like now), won’t regret it. Or if you’re like me who loves her seafood, order anything your eyes fall on and chances are it’ll be fantastic. If all else fails, ask for recommendation(s) because people are nice here 😌

Don‘t expect too much then it’s a good restaurant. The location is bit bad since it’s near to the red light street. Sushi quality is also average sushi restaurant in Germany (not in Asia). Overall sushi was fresh except the tuna was really dried. The fish part they provided was the cheapest you can get from salmon and tuna. If you are an asian and you thought you found a decent sushi restaurant in Stuttgart, you would be disappointed but if you expect a average sushi restaurant in Germany with japanese atmosphere, you probably like it.

The chef/owner of Keyaki was born in China, but honed his craft in Osaka, according to the press feature in the menu. It definitely shows in the food and is much more authentic than the Vietnamese-run sushi places dominating Stuttgart. We definitely enjoyed the Take Sushi Set for 2 (€48) and the Keyaki roll. The gyoza & miso were great, but the Agedashi tofu won me over. They also gave an extensive Donburi selection, but the weather seemed too hot for that. We also enjoyed the modest Sake offerings and the incredible homemade Yuzu Chuhai. They have a great wine list, as well. Keyaki doesn’t have A/C. Though, the place was so spotlessly clean, it really did get points for that.

I recently dined at Keyaki Japanese Cuisine during a quiet Monday lunch hour. The restaurant had a noticeable Asian influence, with a Asian chef at the helm, but it gave off a somewhat cold vibe. Located in the city center, it's worth noting that it's not situated in the historical heart of the city. Service, though friendly, felt more akin to fast food than a traditional restaurant experience. The staff seemed a bit overwhelmed, evidenced by a drink order that was forgotten until the bill arrived. The menu, primarily in Japanese, had limited English translations and featured pictures, which, while a touch touristy, provided some reassurance in navigating the choices. The menu itself was relatively basic for a Japanese restaurant. As for the food, it was decent by Japanese standards. I opted for the Chicken Katsudon with a side of gyoza as a starter. The dishes were satisfactory, though nothing particularly stood out as exceptional. In summary, Keyaki Japanese Cuisine offers an okay dining experience with a fair balance of price and quality. While it may not be a top recommendation, it's a decent choice for a regular Japanese meal.

Amazing Japanese food. I had the Sake Don on the lunchtime menu followed by home made sesame ice cream. Yum.

Good set of standard sushi variations. The Miso soup was good too. Although the prices seem to be small the servings are even smaller. Compared to other restaurants there is less rice and the fish is sliced rather thin. Not a bad place but definitely not the 4.8⭐ it currently has.

Nice quaint place to enjoy authentic Japanese food. The Sushi Master is Japanese and has won many awards. The Ramen was tasty and broth was rightly spiced. The Edamame portion was small, I wish they served more for the price . The TagesMenu has a lot of dishes and are a value for money. Warm Sake on a rainy day soothes your insides and keeps you warm. Will go back to try their fresh Sushi.

Simply the best Sushi in Stuttgart! I love Sushi and I go there very often. Top food and Service, so far I had nothing that I didn’t like. Definitely recommend!

Real Japanese Cuisine, not the cheap sushi you can get on a takeaway platform, very tasty and extensive wine list including great French or German wines and sake from Japan.

Excellent Japanese sushi restaurant in walking distance of the city center and right next to the train stop "Rathaus". The menu offers an extensive selection of different sushi as well as complimentary dishes. Top food, a good location, reasonable prices, and a good atmosphere (bright, clean and welcoming) give this restaurant an edge over similar choices in Stuttgart.
