Amazing online grocery system and delivery from dookan. We couldn't find an India store in Hungary that delivers to Szekesfehervar. Most of them deliver only within Budapest. That was one of the main reasons we attempted in Dookan and certainly it was done neatly and timely. Received in about 2 to 3 days and the packaging of oil items were good. Way to go, Team.

So first I want to say I like the idea that a company selling products from India is interested in keeping prices low, not participating in the inflation hype. I check prices and most of the time dookan has the best prices. But even more, I like the ease with which I can order and how fast the order is shipped. If there is an issue which is unavoidable with selling/shipping products from India, it is resolved quickly and without hassle. Wishing you LOTS of success!

The packing was perfect and delivery was fast but unfortunately the products were very old. I ordered aashirvaad aata, sona masoori rice and basmati rice and all of that had worms. It’s so irritating to see that many of worms in food, especially the basmati rice..very bad experience.. And no I am not confused between the dookan products and the products from a local store because the fact that I ordered online is because I have no time to go and buy locally in person. Now I guess you can see the worms in the picture. And no I haven’t forgotten to keep it air tight. And finally… it was very weird of you to call directly on a working weekday early in the morning when people have meetings or important work in the office. And then call again in the evening for no reason.

Recently i moved to croatia and couldn’t find any Indian stores near me. So with a hesitation ordered from dookan and to my surprise the goods arrived very early than expected and what surprised me the most is the way they pack things. They plastic wrap the products that have paper bag for extra protection which is very mindful and also for whole wheat flour(probably they are too valuable now lol). Appreciate the effort they put in neat packaging and fast delivery. Keep doing the great job. Would strongly recommend.

This is my first package in my German life. The packaging is so good and no items got disturbed. Since the maggi packet is at the top, it got shapeless, but thats fine. Dookan is life saviour for indiand.

Still we have not received the delivery packet in the given address. Instead DHL has posted a letter indicating it has to be collected from their local office. If we have to go & collect from DHL, better to buy from local stores itself. Will never order again 😒

I live in a small village so I couldn't find out an Indian grocery store. after a few days, I got this online Dookan Indian store. I decided that I’ll buy Indian groceries on this site. I ordered on 21st May and my order got on 24th May. Compare to the price, this was reasonable. All vegetables were fresh. It was an amazing experience.

The products seem to be three times more expensive than the original prices in India. We've imported goods from India before, and they never costed more than double the price. If buying from you is triple the cost, it makes me question whether purchasing from India directly would be more economical. As an individual, I can get these products at 150% of the original price from India. I'm curious about the profit ratio, especially for wholesale. This isn't just a question to you; it's a concern for us as customers. We trust that you're selling goods at a fair price, but the recent price differences are raising doubts. For example, GRB Pure Ghee (1kg) is priced at a minimum of 29.03€ on Dookan, but it's only Rs 844 on Flipkart in India, which is less than 10€. Your valuable customer will be happy if your selling price is cheaper!

Friendly Environment. All kind of products are available. Being a foreigner it is tough to adopt for International products but this place provided all kind of Indian products and made me to feel like home.
