Best service from mcd I’ve ever experienced! Food quality is great, speed on point, staff is speaking english and the manager must be from a top knotch restaurant! Fascinating!

Great service and they make fresh fries on request however last time I have been there the hamburger was lukewarm

Under average type of fast food. Tastes much worse than in Germany or UK. No beverage refill. Paying for condiments (ketchup) is needed.

I was surprised by the girl's work as a guest service manager. The name is Elen, beautiful and pleasant. She was very caring about every guest.

The lady in the M Palac drive thru cash desk was so unberable, unpleasant and unfriendly. I thing that next time I thing twice wheter to go to there or to the another drive thru fast food
