While waiting for it, i noticed one staffmember was making a salad for another customer without gloves, just grabbing the ingredients with bare hands and throwing them in the bowl! And I mean it was literally dripping so much and so fast it was borderline pouring and made a big mess on the street (sorry, Ostrava, I guess).

This is a place I find myself craving. It's one of few places I can convince my buddies from work to skip Capolitos for. It isn't easy with those guys. But this place will do it. The food feels accomplished without weighing you down.
