Lovely accommodation but very disappointing overall. So many things went wrong... They didn't send the entry code before we arrived (I had to call to get it sent); then the entry code didn't work; then the code to the apartment didn't work; then the Wi-Fi stopped working (twice); then the central heating was defective; then the TV didn't show any programmes... For this price I don't expect so many issues. It's just not worth the trouble.

Really superb apartment. Huge super comfy bed. Nice small balcony for fresh air. Large open kitchen, dining, living area with top spec, new, equipment and furniture. Huge, quality TV. All super clean. Neat pin code entry to the building and room. Lift for easy access to the fifth floor location. Easy walk into centre through the nicest part of town. Excellent food and drink options on your door step. Easy access parking lot is only a short walk away. Perfect.

Luxusní ubytování v centru Ostravy, check-in online, včetně předání kódu k otevření dveří, parkování přímo před ubytováním. Pokoje nádherně vybavené, nic nám tu nechybělo.. dětská postýlka bez problémů nachystaná. Apartmá Black loft s terasou a vířivkou, krásné zpříjemnění večeru, včetně županů, ručníků a pantofleí. Skvělé vybavená kuchyně, kávovar nespresso a na vyžádání nám donesli i náhradní kapsle, dále klimatizace, tv a wifi vše bez problému fungovalo. Výtah výhodou. Stručně řečeno perfektní, luxusní a doporučujeme všem zažít.

Bardzo ładny, stylowy i dobrze wyposażony apartament (royal). Dbałość o szczegóły, w tym kapcie, kosmetyki, wino i świeże kwiaty 🙂 Bardzo dobry kontakt i ekspresowe działanie. Na pewno wrócimy.

Skvělé moderní ubytování centru města. Mělo to pouze jedno minus, v našem pokoji byla zima:(
