I have had a very good experience at Oswego Dental, first my children started attending this clinic and now me and my husband. The staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable. I had an insurance issue for my sons visit and one of the women at the front desk were able to help me understand what the issue was and was also able to supply with the correct phone numbers to call. Thank you Oswego Dental!!!

Hands down the best dental office I’ve ever stepped foot in. I came in with a bunch of issues and Dr. Dinika was extremely compassionate and ready to help. Andrea at the front is the kindest person and will make you feel beyond welcomed and cared for. Elizabeth was also the most gentle assistant when taking my X-rays. High recommend them to everyone looking for a new dentist!

Our entire family has had a great experience at Oswego Dental! Friendly, accommodating staff, gentle, thorough hygienists, and Dr. Jain is very knowledgeable! She took extra time to ensure we were on the same page about some dental concerns we were having. I am so grateful to have found such a great dentist so close to home!

Terrible experience. Made an appointment to relieve the pain my son was in told them about the large visible cavity. Dr did nothing but induce more pain by using cold water and air and tapping teeth to figure out what tooth hurt and how bad (X-rays were taken at this point) when it was obvious what tooth was bad. Kept asking my child to describe the pain to her. Seemed annoyed when I asked her to fix it, still did nothing but put a temporary putty in the whole. Prescribed an antibiotic that I was told not to start unless the pain continued. Pain continued, took script to pharmacy and it wasn’t the correct dosage so the pharmacy couldn’t fill it. Had to call primary physician to order an appropriate medication. Highly do not recommend. Her bedside manner was also grossly unpleasant. Left in pain and undiagnosed. Waste of time.

I'd recommend Oswego Dental. Took my teenager here and the staff made him feel very comfortable, for multiple visits leading up to a root canal. Dr Jain is professional, and very thorough. Great place to go for dental care!

We are new patients at Oswego and the first experience was very pleasant. There was no wait time. In fact we went late but called them ahead of time about it’s still they accommodated us. The staffs were extremely polite and so was the doctor. While treating my daughter, the doctor was complimenting the how well she was taking care of her dental hygiene and also the ways she can continue to maintain it. Overall a very good experience. Will continue for my services too.

Wonderful experience. The front desk Vero and Sarah is amazing the assistants Marnie and Elizabeth made me feel very comfortable. I will recommend this professional, caring dental practice. Thank you Dr. Jain for your compassion and honesty. She’s knowledgeable and knows whats she’s doing.

Today I was attended by Doctor Jain, assistant Elizabeth and Verd from the Front Desk. My children had already been seen on other days and I went for my annual teeth check. I'm happy to know that there are dedicated people like I mentioned above who take care of patients in a very caring way. I highly recommend it, if you are looking for a practice where your concern is service and quality. Thank you very much for taking great care of me, I'll see you again soon. :)
