Management, Surrounding: Be Aware of believing the rumour positive comments. I completely agree with the cherishing and calm location of the residency but the management staff behaved in a rude manner. Even after booking the room, he was asking for the extra payment with a fake regulations. We have no other option to leave the house due to an untime. Cleanliness of Room: First of all, The Residency mentioned in amenities such as AC, WIFI but there is no AC, Wifi. The Room is too dirty, There is no subscription for the TV, Pillows are not washed properly, Toilets are not cleaned and maintained properly for the new customers, Overall, We can able to see the dark spots everywhere and there is no satisfaction with the amount prescribed by the management.

This hotel is in a good location. Although amenities say wifi and ac they do not give ac . Went there twice both timed said ac not working. Then I understood that they are lying about ac to lure customers. I called OYO regarding this but they just wasted my time asking me to hold the line. I was put on hold for a very VERY long time after which they just cut the call . Behavior from staff also rude. Families stay away. People who are very low on budget can choose another hotel as the rooms are dirt bathrooms not maintained. They don't even change the sheets. Trust me, Avoid at all costs. The second time I went and they told me there was no ac , I left . But I didn't call OYO this time! At this point everyone knows that OYO Is useless and is unable to manage its own hotels.

The location must be little confusing because it is located in little bit isolated area. Since being a developing area lodge seems to be remote. Calm area, no disturbance. Rooms are clean. Rent seems to be OK. The receptionist was reasonable. There must be sign board to lead to the lodge from the bus stop. Many localites didn't about the lodge. It took some time to find the location.

If you are looking for a stay option, please avoid using this as the reality is it is not good as other HD Reviews posted here. Asked for extra payment. 800 for single and 1100 for 2 persons without AC. Alcohol bottles in the reception. Kept ID proof until vacate, even after taking the Photo. AC is not available in Any rooms. Room was not clean. Bedsheet was dirty and had sweat smell. No bathroom towel , soap etc. Lodge setup in AC Room price

One of the best places I have ever stayed. The manager of the hotel is behaving very nicely. He is always ready for any help. I was very happy with that. The hotel provides WiFi, television, air conditioned rooms, blankets, towels etc. The rooms were clean. No problems with the bathroom and toilet. The place where this hotel is located, it's amazing, there is no sound disturbance. Very calm and quest atmosphere.

Worst staff. He was very rude, we cancelled our booking.

It is a decent hotel, little inside from main road. As it is a new building rooms are neat and tidy. Floor is granite and which is good for people having issues with tiles. Always book through Oyo, never book directly. It is a good place to stay if you are in the city for exams in ion IDZ 2. One star less for no water bottle provided and electricity is inconsistent.

Please do not book this room.. I reserved the room for a price in booking .com .. After reaching there the person in the reception telling extra amount than I booked .. we reached the property late night ... we thought to pay and stay the extra amount .. Then I ask him to show the room .. it is not worth for the he ask ... it is dusty .. the bed and pillow are very dirt ... I think they haven't changed ...I suggest pls don't go these places... the person in the reception also don't know how to give proper service to the customer..

We had an event nearby .so booked this place to stay. We booked around 6 rooms and all 6 smelled bad. Not clean. Pillow and bedsheet covers were never washed. Staff is arrogant and drunk. Asking for more money as we booked online. Worst ever place to stay.

First time we faced a Bad experience from Oyo. We booked and paid for a room. After that they not accepted me, they said that I just 20 years, so they can't be provide room. We said that we are not unmarried couples, we shows local Id and marriage registration documents. Then they said our address not matched. In the late night we request to provide a separate room. But they not provided that. After all they not accepted and we move to coimbatore town by the time of 10.30 pm. It's very bad attitude and service from the hotel and Oyo. So we not recommended the hotel for both family and couples

Decent place to stay for anyone coming to the Kari racetrack. This seems to be the closest accommodation to the track that has visibility online. The site I used to find this place didn't have any other listing within this distance. Rooms are clean. There are small local restaurants nearby for food. Peace and quiet guaranteed. The owner/receptionist is one of the most friendly people I've met. Overall, a great place to stay... Especially for being close to the track

It's good for a budget-friendly stay if you want to spend most of the time exploring the city as there's not much to do in and around the hotel. The ambience is very calm and lights up especially during rainy mornings as you'll come across the local fauna. If you want to get away from the busy and chaotic cities, this facility can be decent escape. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. In short, it was a delightful stay.

Had a terrific stay. Not allowing to take rest, always knocking the door...
