The food in general was terrible. The staff were very impolite at first but they became friendlier over time. The room had some problems with the heating, it was stuck at 26 degrees for a few hours.

Such a great place for travelers with a very friendly staff and a good value. We stopped here on a drive to Dubrovnik, and all of the hotels along the way were closed because it’s low tourist season. We were so lucky to find this place open, and we were a little worried because there were a couple of negative reviews. From the moment we walked in we were so pleasantly surprised! It’s a family-run hotel, and they are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and cozy, and the bathrooms had a very modern renovation with bathtubs. They make you a homemade breakfast in the morning, and invite you back to stay! Someone mentioned there isn’t an elevator in a review, but there is definitely a modern, functioning elevator. It’s nicer than comparably priced places in the US, and much friendlier! Definitely recommend!

The people that work here are extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms have everything you need. Altogether I think the price is good for what you get and the rooms are very clean. TIP: The mattresses were still in plastic, that was a bit weird.. everything seemed very new but I think you should unpack it before putting people in the room..haha 😁

It's a really pathetic hotel...i have never seen such a terrible place in my entire travel life... I booked this place based on high review ratings which now i think is all fake and paid reviews 1. It is in the middle of nowhere ( if you are looking for a peaceful secluded corner then it's okay) 2. They don't mention but they turn off the AC in the night when you really need that... If you really pressurize them, they will start for 30 -40 min and they will turn it off again as it is centralized and you can't control anything from room.. i visited the place with my kids and my little one couldn't sleep well because of the warm weather.... they suggested me to open the windows and after some frustration and irritated kids...i did that too but when the weather is really hot and no wind you really get sweaty and room really feels suffocating.. 3. reception doesn't take the call in the night and prefer to ignore rather. 4. They will tell you that you are the only one complaining and that's not true .. one day i had to go to reception around 4 am as it was too hot even after opening the windows and reception phone was continuously ringing and they weren't responding. Finally i had to press the bell at reception and then they came and after begging because of my kid they start the AC and at 5:30 i woke up again as it was turned off... All my vacation went in vain as i couldn't sleep well for 4 nights and so does my kids.... unfortunately it was a peak season so we didn't find any other place to go... 5. Their breakfast is even stale and no variety...which is still okay for people like me... But the quality of food is below average.. 6. I don't know if they really have a pool or spa...as they mentioned it all but when enquired they said it's all closed due to corona... Which was a bizarre explanation... 7.. more than me my kids were happy to leave that place and we fin

Very badly received in this hotel where we stopped after a long drive to ask if a room was still available. Annoyed by our request, the host only blamed us. We are far from having the same definition of hospitality.

Hotel is outdated and really in the middle of nowhere, nothing around for miles. Owner didn't accept copies of passports on check in and demanded we hand out passports over (which I believe is against the law) and wasn't very friendly about it. Fan in de shower didn't turn of during the night making for a very noisy room so we hardly slept at all. Just stay away from this place.

A very nice young woman with a little child works at the reception. She was very helpful and thanks to get the hotel gets more stars. The hotel quality could be significantly improved. But it's worth the money, as it is rather cheap

Main things first - it's medium size hotel in 1 hour by car from Plitvice Lakes, they have a lot of parking spots available for visitors and quite nice breakfast. The staff is very welcoming and neat. We stayed here for a night on our way to Plitvice Lakes, the place itself is very quiet + prices + rooms - I find this place really attractive. When it comes to accommodation - we'd received clear and comfy spacious room with nice bath and conditioner and I consider it a very good deal in terms of cost/quality.

I've traveled to many Balkan countries over 20 years and had the best cebapcici in this restaurant.
