We spent 4 days at the resort and we were really disappointed! 1st surprise: added cost at the reception of 15%, due to payment of their abo. It was no writing during our booking. No English speaker at the reception. No information about the activities, restaurant open hours, Golf close!! 2nd surprise: it’s mandatory to wear a swim cap!! Again no information when we booked!! 2 euros per cap! 3rd: no real beach, the beach on the picture is a fake one on the grass. On the top of that: the restaurant is only inside, it’s a pity! The quality is middle level: for ex no fresh fruit, only with sirup. The hotel is old and dirty at some place. The room is old fashion and loud air conditioning, and don’t look under your bed!!! Only 2 positive point: the personal is nice and the sea is amazing!

Never had a worse experience! The massive, cement building is more like a prison or a refugee camp than it is a hotel. Rooms have no personality, they're small and claustrophobic. Every hallway looks the same, and you have to share balconies with your neighbour. Not that you'd want to spend tome on a balcony where the best view is on a public shower. The beaches are small and packed, it's impossible to relax - especially given that there's barely any space to walk. The restaurant is hardly any better than a school cafeteria - there's no flavour, no difference, nothing typical and more appetizing than what you'd get on a school day. And the decor is actually worse than that of a school - but the noises are just the same. Save yourself and your money - unless you're a family with children, and just want to escape them for a week, then choose a different destination!! It's not relaxing at all, it's not puglia!!

I don't know if I can put 0 stars but this is what this resort? should have.<br/>Let me explain.. i had a very bad experience, the management is really rude and the price is really sh** for this type of service.<br/>If you have some money that want to spend in Otranto don't go there, I don't recommend this resort to anyone, neither to my worst enemy

Nice location, beautiful staff, nice and clean rooms. All the activities you want! Everything cool !

Awful beach (the sand is black and rough) the staff is very unpleasant, almost rude to customers and the place hygiene is not acceptable. Would absolutely not recommend.

They charged me for 2 bookings I have done and they do not want to refund my money after 5 weeks. In addition, they keep ignoring my emails. this is unacceptable.

it is a great value for the money. The beach, facilities, and food are exceptional but overall the entertainment/animation team beats all of it. Even though I understand a few words of Italian, their shows at night kept me engaging. They were great.
