This place is great! The staff is also really friendly. Food is pretty good no matter what I order I am always delighted with my meal! Servers are also great and always efficient and polite. They know what they’re doing and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority.

A great place if you are a good pover and you can't risk experimenting. The food here is really tasty and i believe is of good quality as well. It is reasonably price and a wide variety is also available. Rhe ambience is good but it tends to get crowded especially towards the noon and the late evenings. However seating shouldn't be problem, they will find you seating quickly. The service here is also commentanle.

Worst food experience i ever had... We order one full chicken shawai and the delivery took more than 15 minutes.. Its okay but the chicken was fully injected with salt i think.. That much salt in the meat but i didn't made any issues because am already tensed in aome other matters.. The rate was too high for a small chicken ( 480₹ ). If any one wants to eat a shawai please dont go here.. The food was utter waste and the price was too high...

This is a north Indian restaurant when it comes to curry. Kerala naadan curry was full of butter/some oil and tasted exactly like kadai chicken. Kerala porotta was not good as it does not seem to have been beaten at all. Only good thing was Al faham.

One of the best restaurants in Ottappalam and has a good variety of Arabian and other dishes. Vegetarian options are also available. The restaurant is suitable for dining with family. Sufficient parking space is available for vehicles.

Good food. An mediocre priced restaurant, didn't feel that overpriced for me for the food they served (might be expensive for someone, its subjective). Not recommended any kind of mandi items that i felt its not that good to have from there. Other items that i had from there including some starters and soups and juice items and other bread and curry items were good and was value for money.

One of the best hotels in Ottappalam at East Ottappalam 2 Km from Ottappalam in Palakkad Road. Good for Non-vegeterian foods. Vegetarian food are also available. They take online orders and supplies freely within 5 Km. The restaurant is very neat and the suppliers and staffs are neatly dressed. A/c and non a/c dining halls are available. Prices are moderate.

Incredible food and service, however card payments are not accepted inorder to not pay tax. Their Google pay account is also not of Arabian grill and fry . But food wise it's really good .

The food is a 7/10 - quite consistently. Shawarmas are pretty decent compared to most other places. Crowded most of the time. Service is alright for a busy spot like this. Parking space is good. Valet (kind of) is around. Arabian cuisine is rather solid. Cleanliness is 7/10 - inconsistently.

We ordered porotta, beef chillie, and chicken. The porotta was okay. But the beef was not as expected. It was chewy. The chicken curry was nice too.

I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I ordered a quarter portion Shawaya , but the waiter refused to give me that and said they could only provide half portion. I was confused because their menu clearly says that they offer quarter portion. I asked the waiter to explain why they couldn't give me a quarter portion, but he just said that they "don't do that." I was not happy with the way the waiter handled the situation. He was rude and dismissive, and he didn't seem to care about my satisfaction. I ended up not ordering anything, and I left the restaurant feeling disappointed. If you're looking for a place to get a quarter portion of shawaya , I would suggest going somewhere else. No Comments on taste of food and quality. It's always good. If the management is seeing this review please look in to it urgently. Reply to the owner's Reply: Sorry for the confusion, kindly try adding Q in your menu, all restaurants here have it. don't know why its being neglected.

Scam. One thing I would say to describe this place. When we order food they always forget something and I was willing to forget it until they basically scammed us. So we order a full butter chicken and a full pepper chicken and after we order they delivered us a tin full of butter chicken and another one with pepper chicken but the next time we ordered we ordered i small quantity so what they did was they told me earlier but it was muffled so I heard they said it is very small quantity but then they charged us the price of full butter chicken and sent us 2 small tins which should be more than full when I called them they said no sir we said half is very huge and think they don't have common sense how can half be more than full?? And then they send me the recording in which it was crystal clear of what he said. Basically a Scam. If you want your orders forgotten order from this place
