Worst behavior from employee. Very very very bad customer service.

This shop is located in the middle of the ottapalam town. Not enough parking spaces. Customer service is not expected. Few brands Mobile phones, laptops, TV and accessories are available. Service is available. Not crowded.

Worst customer service..waited for 15mins..even after asking the salesman, they said we are busy

Compared to the other MyG showrooms I visited, ottapalam MyG is very small and less stocks are there. I met one of the salesman and found very patient and well explained about various products

Worst place to go. Have zero value for customers. They are lazy to pull out the information and will gang up and talk. When you complaint about it, they will kinda think of getting into the work mode. Rather than spending on huge billboards company should train the employees with minimum work ethics. It’s hard earned money which is spent on these and we are not there for charity.Anyways you lost a sureshot purchase and a customer! Good job, MyG!

They are treating customer very badly.. Worst experience from the sales executives and sales persons also. They are singing songs loudly disrespectful. Me anad my wife wife standing there she felt very uncomfortable Please check the management to resolve this issue I won't come again for any purchase to this shop again and I won't suggest.

I had very bad experience from myG Ottappalam.I purchased a laptop with EMI.I had to visit the center three times ,first with overheating problem and sent two times to service .Though It is ok now ,it is my faith to keep the same product in use without satisfaction..

Poor customer service. No one is addressing when a customer enters into the premises. Unable to recognise staff from customers so we can't approach anyone directly. The staffs are too busy on the phone and finally I had to leave the shop without shopping. The fun fact is I travelled near 20km only to reach myG as my experience with edapilli showroom were awesome. Never again to otapalam myG

Worst shop and Service. Staff in the shop even not aware what are the schemes available and they don't bother about customer service. Simply waste of money. It is better to buy from road side shop than buying it from this shop. Had a very worst experience.
