    I had to cancel on the Monday morning of the huge snow storm (my appointment date) because I found out on the weekend that i was exposed to someone who tested positive for covid. Yet they are still charging me $100 for cancelling with less than 24 hours notice. I guess they wanted me to go in during our biggest snow storm to date so I could tell them I was exposed and they could send me home... hoping I dont get into a car accident. So NOT impressed!!!!!!!!!

    They NEVER answer calls! They return calls only once you "missed" you appointment after trying to get a hold of someone for weeks at this facility to reschedule! They want to charge me $100 for a "missed appointment" and they also cancelled all my upcoming appointments here I waited for a year for! They also try to paint you as a bad patient by sending the requisitions back to your doctor! Stay clear of these "professionals" they just make it super super easy to bill everyone a quick $100... I'm now with the Ottawa Heart Institute thankfully!

    Horrible service. In the past they booked an appointment without my confirmation and then charged me for the missed appointment even though I didn't know it existed, they said they left a message but their number wasn't even in my phone history. And now I've been on hold for 2 AND A HALF HOURS (the bot said there was only two people ahead of me!) after two weeks of calling daily, trying to cancel/reschedule an appointment. Their number had no way of leaving a message and their site had no email listed to contact them, so I resorted to attempting a call daily. As soon as someone picks up this phone I'm cancelling all appointments and never going back here.

    I went with my mother to the doctor office trying to dropped the litter from our family doctor to Dr. Chamoun , but the receptionist was impolite and she was shouting and yelling on us and didn't let us explain to her or let us talk, she has zero patients service this is unecceptable. Just for Dr. Chamoun five stars

    This has to be the most frustrating method of communicating with a doctorโ€™s office. First you have to wait on hold for a โ€œliveโ€ booking agent. Tell them the issue which they then relay to the drโ€™s receptionist. Then that gets translated once again to the doctor. 9 times out of 10 the original issue is relayed incorrectly. We waited 12 days from the in person visit with the doctor who prescribed 2 new medications to be ordered from the pharmacyโ€ฆincorrectly! The pharmacist told me they have never encountered such an unprofessional and ridiculous system. The pharmacist was 14th in the queue to be answered. They did not wait. Back to me to go through this ridiculousness waste of time and energy.

    Their virtual appointment system had a glitch, and thus my husband was unable to connect for his visit. We promptly called the office to report the issue, and the (not so nice) receptionist advised us there were known glitches with this program. We'd be contacted with a new appointment time... We did not receive another appointment, but instead a "no show" notification indicating my husband needs to pay $100 in order to re-book! Insanity! We'll go elsewhere, thanks.

    I came to see the doctor today with my wife with regards to my results that i have done back in January and they haven't sent them to my family doctor, we couldn't talk to the Asian secretary because she kept giving us bad attitude and was unprofessional in dealing with the situation and kept ignoring us. If there was a rating below zero I'd give it due to this situation.

    Everything as expected - don't understand the negative reviews. Parking is paid, but very cheap. Receptionists were friendly, helpful, normal. The technician who wired me up was similarly helpful and also efficient. I was back out in my car within 20 minutes. I showed up early, and they saw me early. Seems all fine to me.

    Very disorganized here. Had an appointment and on arrival, was told the doctor wasn't here and would call me.. No phone call to let someone know before they walk 45 minutes? While its a nice day out, I would of preferred someone let me know as it's not easy to get out of the house anymore. Edit: I did receive my call, and the assistant was very helpful during our discussion. The doctor not as much. While friendly, didn't talk about what me and the assistant discussed and felt sort of brushed off. Loved the assistant, offered advice and a diagnosis my family doctor suggested as well but wanted a 2nd opinion on. Don't recommend this place if you're someone who has long-covid symptoms, but I suppose not enough studies have been done on the affects of it.

    This centre is outstanding. The technicians are the friendliest, most helpful and compassionate people when one is undergoing stress tests. Christine, Jennifer and Dan are knowledgable, responsive to all questions and very clear as to the procedure taking place. The centre is immaculately clean and one could not compliment the staff sufficiently for their ability to keep us calm and accommodate our needs.

    Consistently disorganized communication with staff and Doctors. If you need an appointment cancel you might need to call 3 times to ensure that its actually cancelled, because follow through is near to none here. And if you need to be referred to another city because you have moved, good luck! Cause even despite the fact of you spelling out a doctors name and providing the fax number you will have to chase and micromanage until the information is actually sent over. Dr. Heshka is very friendly and professional but there needs to be some serious intervention to ensure communication between staff stays consistent and doctors are putting notes in patients files, cause then.. its a mess.

    Tried to call for an appointment at exactly 9:15 which is the time they say they will actually answer the phone. Recording said there was 1 call ahead of me. After 3 hours and 25 minutes of being told to stay on the line and my call will be answered shortly I finally hung up. Also trying to have the pharmacy fax to request a prescription refill does not seem to work. My pharmacy has now sent 2 faxes with no response.

    Been a patient at the Centre for several years now. My Dr. is very professional and concise. Seems it took a while for him to warm up to me, but after several visits, I think he knows who I am now. Technicians are top notch. Very friendly and personable. Receptionists leave something to be desired, though. the office seems to be a bit disheveled and patient interaction is somewhat impersonal, bordering on rude. Not sure why they have to re-schedule if you call in late, since I am always early or on time and frequently finding myself waiting up to 30 minutes past my appointment time.

    Very bad service When contacting them, there is no leaving a message, even the audio recording is very weak, and there is no update. The service is very poor as usual every where they have excuses ๐Ÿ™ƒ

    Impossible to reach, spent hour trying to call them, no one answered the phone, the line is constantly busy. When I finally reached the messaging system, there is a message that they do not accept messages. Why do you have messaging system if you do not accept message? The left me a message for an appointment is 3 days, which I cannot use (I am at work at this time), and they say that if I do not cancel 2 days in advance they will charge me $100? This is a scam. They make it impossible to cancel appointment, so they can collect $100 without working. I would give them 0 stars, but there is no such option.

    Had a referral from my doctor, they called within a week or so for my appointment, the appointment only being a couple weeks after that. I had a lovely experience with the receptionists and doctor, efficient and kind. Thanks!

    They were efficient and on time. Parking was cheap. Only problem was the building under construction so I couldn't find the elevator at first.
