Amazing customer service, I came in to have a silver necklace repaired and a silver bracelet witch needed to have 2 links removed. Rick welcomed me and treated me really well. The other brothers are courteous as well. Rick listened to what I wanted done, took my measurements and told me it was going to be ready the next day and it was. All was done for a fair and reasonable price, I will definitely go back if I need anything and will recommend this place to everyone I know. Keep up the good work guys, your customer service is impeccable.

Stopped in for a small repair on a gold bracelet, I just needed a little weld where it came apart. They did it on the spot and it was not expensive so I am very happy.

The minute we walked in I felt very welcomed. He repaired my pearl necklace before the holidays. Which was very nice of John to do I told him I was going on vacation and would love the necklace for my trip. It was ready two days later. I love the personal touch and he was terrific . I will refer my family and friends to go there.

The service is amazing and fast. This place was referred to us by a family member. We made the treck despite we live in Montreal. So glad we did. It was worth it. I bought some diamonds and needed to have earrings made. I also needed a ring sized and a bracelet cut and made into earrings. I expected it to take weeks but it was two days. I’m still flabbergasted that it was done so fast and so we’ll and the price was very reasonable. Already designing another necklace and can’t wait to go back. My go to from now on for sure!

Please read! I can't give enough stars for this establishment.. I was in the search to create my now fiancee's engagement ring and I had the absolute pleasure of meeting and dealing with John! He made it a great/fun/funny experience for such a sensitive and a once in a life time moment. My fiancee had a particular design of ring she had been hinting to me for years, and John had made it! Needless to say she absolutely LOVES it... Or like John would say "she's gonna freak", he was patient, professional, knowledgeable and fun. All in all took the time to explain to me everything about the diamonds as this was of course my first time and had little knowledge on this stuff. All this to say that I will be going back for the wedding bands ;) and a big thank you to John and his team of brothers!
