Oh I'm in big trouble now,,,I've been hooked on chicken on the rock's since it's inception in Brampton a few years back the sane quality and taste has stocked me here to Cornwall. Shiiiit@, im gonna get fat.

Not a good experience. Truly disappointed. Ordered two super chicken shawarma combos, with paid for extra garlic and hummus only to come back home to a dryyyy wrap with literally no trace of either sauces in it. Generally a regular Osmows customer across other branches as well for the juicy wraps but this experience has forced me to drop this negative review about the cornwall store.

I never had an issue at other Osmow's Shawarma though this one the staff don't even say hello, I just get stared down. Very odd situation.

I went there with no expectations especially that it was almost 11pm, the staff was extremely helpful and kind and professional, he helped me get the perfect vegetarian option. The portion was very generous, and the salad my god, it was the freshest salad I have ever had, unbelievable. And the restaurant was clean and spotless. Highly recommended everything was very good. Go there you will become a regular customer.

One of the few places in town where the food and service are always 5 out of 5 at a price slightly lower than competitors.

I've been a frequent customer for a while now since it opened here in Cornwall but now I will officially stand down from going to this specific location because of the reason below. They reduced their portion size, I've ordered a large 'Chicken on the rocks' which was a heaping amount when the place first opened, it was amazing and it's what made me go back for more. Upon recent visits, probably 7 times in 2 months from the date of this review, they added portion size in the large that would fit the medium container perfectly for the price of a "Large", I've also witnessed them take rice from the container I ordered and put it back on the steam table where it keeps the food hot. Again, the portion fit in the medium container. As much as I love Osmow's, I'm definitely not returning to this location because of that reason. Hopefully an Osmow's elsewhere will provide the same level of Quantity and Quality from when I first ordered.

Asked old man at the cash 5 times if it comes with pita and he kept saying yes, buddy packs the food infront of me and dont put any pits. Learn english before u work customer service fool.

I went there two days in regular. The food is good but I cannot understand one thing. First day I got a full portion and the next day I received half of what I got the first day. I placed the exact same order both the days. I didnt have the time to check it in the store. Is it something to do with the training of the staff or they cut down the food to cut cost or something because I was disappointed the second day.

Osmow's Cornwall is delicious. They have a great menu selection, tasty food and lots of healthy alternatives. Service is also A+.

Great service from Azreen and the half and half chicken is irresistible. I recommend trying that and after try the Philly steak, something outta the world. Great job guys keep up the good work and try on bringing new menus to the table only thing I can recommend for now. Thank you

Ordered the Philly Chicken Ozbox a few weeks ago and it was really good compared to 2 of the other offerings I've ordered before - Chicken Ozbox (I think the days for the special have changed over the past month or so), which was still very good, I'd give it 4.5/5 and would order it again if it was still available and on special. The other order I've had was the, apparently super popular "chicken on the rocks", which was serviceable, and I'd give it 3 or 3.5/5, but the Philly Chicken was pretty delicious. For me personally, the chicken on the rocks is middle of the pack. Maybe it'd be worth it for less than 7 or 8 bucks, but according to my taste, the Ozbox daily specials have better value even if they're a few dollars more. Don't see any reviews about the Philly Chicken here, so thought I'd chime in. Monday's are the special. Will try the lamb ozbox next, maybe.

I ordered today for the first time. Chicken shawarma meat tasted like real shawarma should taste! Impressive. The spices were there and balanced. I ordered mild spiciness and it was actually a bit too spicy 🔥. The grilled vegetables were delicious and seasoned well. The only dislike is that there was too much onion in the Greek salad, half of the vegetables were just onions... Next time I will ask for no onions in the salad and ask to make the shawarma platter not spicy. Overall we were very impressed with the authentic flavors. 8/10

I’ve been going to Osmows in Cornwall for over a month now and it’s always been a pleasant experience with delicious and fresh food and a great atmosphere! The staff is great and is always welcoming. I will definitely continue eating there regularly!

Serve was a touch slow when I arrived, but it was more than worth the wait. Perfect level of spice (I got the extra spicy), perfect amount of food (chicken shawarma), and the worker prepared the dish with care and gave me the best shawarma I've eaten in this lifetime. My wife got the Oz box and it was jammed full. With each bite being a taste explosion. I can't heap enough glowing praise on this location.

Love their shawarma salad. This is a great keto option. Their salad is one of the freshest. Their hot sauce is very tasty.

Got lamb and rice here earlier and it was phenomenal. The young man who served me was super professional. His female coworker who took my payment was also super kind. Will be returning.

The food was great. They should probably advertise that they close at 2330 and not midnight cause I've come by multiple times after 2330 hoping to get some food and they're cleaning the grills and no longer serving food...

I have to say this place has amazing food, but the big draw is the unbelievably amazing the staff was patient and certainly kind. Outstanding service overall
