It's amazing store, a pretty magical store. Because It can do 100% missing items. It is important and recommended to double check during picking up the order. Very bad service. Some of the employees are rude. Sunday i pass by to take 2 cup of teas and there are no cashiers. And one boy his name louis he told me im not the cashier. And in one second his friend came and took from him the order and he let me wait for half hour to someone take from me this small order. And it cames wrong also. I ordered 2 cup of tea. One green and one black so they give me 2 green. And this is the 5th time that hapenned with me as a family. And also the garbage is out of basket and the dining is very dirty.

Umm usually at other McDonald's the food is cooked or at least heated but not this one. I'm not sure if this McDonald's is usually like this or not but half of my big mac was outside the box, not heated, not put properly. I don't expect much from McDonald's but I expect the food to be hot and in the box.

No matter if it's the drive-thru or the dining room, it's the slowest fast-food i have EVER been to... just disappointingly slooooow. wow! And my burger was an ikea project!

Don’t ever go there, they say open 24h online and everywhere outside their restaurant yet they block the drive through with random boxes so you can’t go order. You can see the employees are inside laughing and chit chatting while the restaurant is supposedly "open". At the very least stop advertising a 24 hours service if you can’t find employees ready to work those shifts properly.

Worst McDonalds ever. I have lived in the neighborhood my entire life and without fail if I go to this location they will somehow mess up my order, even the most simple one. The level of incompetence from this business is almost comical. And it doesn't matter if it is morning, afternoon or evening, or if it's a regular employee or manager, they have screwed up every single order I have ever placed here. I've given them chance after chance but after the umpteenth time of messed up orders I think they deserve this bad review. Get your act together!

This could be just one of those nights... given the labor shortages... this place was a complete disaster! From the moment we walked in this place looked like a dumpster! Tables were all full of garbage, the garbages were overflowing and the backend staff were going crazy! Even while waiting in line we clearly heard and saw staff getting yelled at and arguing about orders which was pretty bad. My opinion, would of been to shutdown the dinning room and only do drivethrough if they had such bad staff shortages. Then again others will complain about that too...

Pretty good location, lots of space. The food was served promptly. Food quality was as expected for a McDonald's. Not amazing, but not terrible, unlike some other locations I visited. Tons of order kiosks a bit everywhere so you can take your pick. The one I used was not broken and both the scanner and printer worked. Napkin and straw dispensers available and accessible to human clients. Cleanliness could be better but clearly understaffed as there are signs for hiring now. In winter, the side entrance/ exit for vehicles is quite steep, so I would recommend not using it if snowy, and definitely not when icy.

I do not recommend this place. Service is very bad. I went two times , one time, they gave me the wrong food, the second time they forgot several items of my order.

Staff is rude , no service no efficiency no fountain drink apparently because of covid .....a joke of a fast food restaurant....Mac Donald you should choose your franchisee better

We used the drive-thru so there's not much to say about atmosphere. That said, the person at the window was courteous, the order was correct and the order was placed in the bag so as to ensure the fries would not fall over. 5 stars ⭐ for that. There was a straw for the drink✔️, napkins✔️ and The Food was hot🔥✔️... The only downside to the visit... I know how this might come as a BIG SURPRISE to some of you... The ice cream machine was out of order... who ever would have thought???

Service was pretty fast, but somehow, some of my fries were cold. They were painting the playground, so my kids were pretty crushed. They should have put a sign at the door of the playground because lots of parents and kids were mad to see that the door was locked.

Their playground is nice, better than other McDonald's, my kids enjoyed it. Hygiene wise, it is a little lacking, we went there in the morning (9:30) and the table we sat on still had dried up sauce/food residue at the edges... Another time (Nov 25th) we went there in the afternoon, the floor was dirty, dried up residue on the floor, garbage bins filled up to the max with trash piled up. My order was once again forgotten, they made the fries but nobody ever finished my order, the latte and smoothie was never made. I had to ask the staff about my order and by then my fresh fries were already all cold. 😡

The entire order was wrong. How can you mess up 1 regular meal and 1 happy meal. No drink for the happy meal, no toy , missing the entire other order except my own drink. Got a refund but still had to pay uber fees. Way to ruin a kids day.
