The owner has made an already stressed out mom, even more stressed. I received a $175 gift card for Christmas which I intended to use for a "mommy day". I wasted two vacation days in the hopes of enjoying a facial, however both times, the owner called within 3 hours of the appointment to cancel. While I appreciate that life happens, I no longer trust this business and can not waste another vacation day hoping that my appointment will be honoured. The owner refused to refund the gift card, insisting that I spend the funds on products I do not want or need, or make a third appointment wasting another vacation day *hoping* that my appointment is honoured. I do not recommend this establishment.

Had the most peaceful pedicure today with Olivia, the atmosphere was so soothing and the whole treatment was so comforting. Popped by for a little birthday treat as a pregnant mama and it was so lovely! I’ve also had a facial here once and that was lovey too, they made sure to carefully read all the ingredients with my allergies!

Great and relaxing experience. I got the flash glow. My only concern is many of the products used were scented and I was worried if they could possibly harm my skin.

I had a facial appointment with Lauren. It was my fourth time with her and she is so knowledgeable and good at her work! Loved the work, environment and behaviour there! Overall, it’s a nice place to enjoy a wonderful spa day!

So impressed. Needed my nails done last minute for a wedding. Grace was so kind and talented and efficient. I will come back for sure:)

I have been a customer of Peppermint Spa for several years and have always loved my treatments. The staff are very well trained, professional and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I especially love the facials, the treatment rooms are beautiful and the staff always set the perfect ambiance. Highly recommend!

The ambience is very welcoming…the aromas seep throughout and once you walk in, you don’t want to leave. I have been using the Eminence products for a number of years and for a woman my age, my skin loves it and on one guesses my age! They are very professional and helpful in choosing the right product to suit your skin. Will be back for sure!

Currently not offering in-person product purchases. Updated my review to 5 stars as to not harm the business’ reputation. An update to your voicemail and website informing your community that walk-in services are temporarily unavailable due to change in staffing would be awesome. Then patrons like myself, who primarily access your business for product purchases, can be informed when this service returns - I would much rather support a local business than an online conglomerate. I have been doing laser hair removal since October with Heather. The results are amazing (even my husband says it's worth it 🤣). Heather is very professional and fun to chat with - I look forward to my regular visits. Yesterday I treated myself to a facial with Heather after my laser treatment. So relaxing and my skin feels great!

I got the extended facial from Sarah and it was amazing! Every step of the facial was super relaxing and I especially loved the massages. Will definitely come back

The facials I've had at Peppermint Spa have been incredibly relaxing. The staff are so kind. Every visit is relaxing and rejuvenating, and their facials make my skin look and feel fantastic!

Lovely facial! All the products were super nice and the experience was very relaxing and enjoyable. My only suggestion would be during the facial while the mask sits on for ten minutes, instead of leaving the room, it would be awesome to get a head massage or something instead of waiting alone in the room. Very luscious products and the staff are all super friendly! Highly recommend peppermint spa for yourself or for a gift!

Amazing experience yesterday at Peppermint Spa! I got a pedicure by Olivia V and she did an incredible job. Her colour recommendation, skills and bubbly personality made the experience even better. Beautiful and clean building, nice staff and it smells incredible in there. No headaches from nail polish fumes at all. The treatment I got left my toes/feet looking perfect for an upcoming wedding. Really recommend checking this place out and asking for Olivia V. Going back with my mom soon!

Heather did my eyebrows and did a fantastic job! I have terrible thin brows ,very sensitive skin and difficult colouring but she took everything into account and made everything better! Not to mention a great personality helping me feel comfortable during the whole process and made me really enjoy my time at Peppermint Spa. Honest and GREAT at her job. Today I had my first facial at The Peppermint Organic Spa and it was an amazing experience that I absolutely loved! From the moment I walked in, the lady at the front desk was incredibly sweet and welcoming. Heather was my esthetician, and she was exceptional! She had a great sense of humor and an impressive amount of knowledge about skincare. She listened attentively to my concerns and altered some products of the treatment to suit my skin type, leaving me with nourished, soft, and breathable skin. The products used during the treatment were not only effective, but also had a delightful aroma that left me feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. The atmosphere of the spa is clean, cozy, and inviting, and the staff are simply outstanding. The combination of their expertise, professionalism, and warm personalities truly made the experience ten times better. I am so glad to have found The Peppermint Spa and have no doubt that I will be a returning customer. If you're looking for a high-quality spa experience, I highly recommend checking them out.

This is a delightful spa with a warm and inviting atmosphere and located in a heritage home. The spa has its own paved parking lot, which is great as street parking can be limited on busier days in Manotick. The staff is lovely - we had pedicures with Olivia B and Olivia M, both very friendly, professional and skilled at what they do - making us feel very welcome and comfortable. Another member of the staff chatted with us while we waited to begin (we arrived early) and let us sample some Eminence products (with zero pressure to buy anything, just some fun chat about what was there on display, which is plentiful by the way - great for holiday shopping; there are other brands too for haircare). We especially enjoyed having the pedicure area to ourselves as there is only room for 2, a welcome change from other salons and spas that are very noisy, often crowded, and not very relaxing. Will definitely be back to this quaint and comfortable local spa!

Would highly recommend Peppermint Spa in general, but specifically Heather for waxing! She’s always so nice and does such an amazing, thorough job for my Brazilians!

I’ve come here for bikini and brazilian waxes on multiple occasions and have had an amazing experience every time. I’ve gotten waxed by every worker there and they have all always been so very sweet. I always feel extremely comfortable and relaxed when getting waxed and it is all in all such a cozy environment and cute space! I drive up 30-35 minutes to come here and will continue to do so because I truly trust the women here and love the experience I always have.

Had a facial at Peppermint Organic spa in Manotick which I found to be very relaxing. I felt so refreshed after! It included an arm and hand massage as well as a foot massage. I was pampered and the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. Well worth trying this out!!

Located in a old heritage home in Manotick, Peppermint Organic Spa looked quaint and inviting. We were greeted with a warm welcome upon arrival by Bella. A party of two, we booked the same service, a Volcano Hot Lava Pedicure. The ambience was warm, cozy & with the unmistakable clean refreshing “spa vibe”. Heather and Hailey met us with patience and great product knowledge while we chose our polish colours (all water based so the smell of harsh fumes didn’t permeate the air as in most salons). These two professionals made quite the team as they worked in tandem with high energy, friendliness and efficiency. The extended foot and lower leg massage were both excellent. Heather took the time to make sure my nails were cut, very well shaped and totally listened as I said, “a bit shorter please & could you try this one again!” She was also very sensitive to my osteoarthritic knee pain. Hailey similarly tailored her approach with attention to my daughter’s needs and preferences being careful to avoid her highly ticklish feet! Both services were spot on & accompanied by a warm chamomile tea to enjoy while “drying”. It was a rainy morning after our green Christmas and the picture windows afforded a lovely view of the squirrels “squirreling” through the outside lawns. We felt well taken care of and pampered. The Weaver House built in 1904 is a wonderful spot for this business. An additional treat, Heather offered to give us a tour of the house and rooms that were not in use. It is spotlessly clean and elegant offering the gamut of spa treatments & services using the Eminence Organic Products line. This establishment offers an excellent team in a unique and beautiful location. We’ve finally found a place where we look forward to becoming repeat customers, well done!
