Poor
quality
jewelry
and
lies
about
their
quality
guarantee/repair
service
for
items
purchased
through
the
store.
Spent
around
$150
on
a
fine
box-link
gold
chain
that
broke
within
a
week
of
purchase,
they
were
helpful
and
understanding
this
time
however
later
the
same
month,
the
chain
broke
again
and
they
refused
to
fix
it
for
free
(as
they
claim
is
their
store
policy)
and
said
I
must
pay
them
for
this
service.
When
I
requested
a
refund
or
exchange
as
it
was
clearly
a
poorly
made
item,
they
said
no
and
blamed
me
for
the
damage.
I
went
elsewhere
to
have
it
repaired
and
it
once
again
broke.
Frustrated,
I
purchased
a
new
chain
of
the
exact
specifications
from
another
jeweller
and
have
had
it
for
2
years
now
without
it
breaking
once.
Deeply
upsetting
as
I
received
great
service
from
one
of
the
staff
(though
I
cannot
remember
her
name)
and
was
enthusiastic
about
supporting
this
small
business.
the
other
members
of
the
staff,
who
I
met
later
when
I
tried
to
get
them
to
repair
the
piece,
as
per
their
policy,
were
quite
standoffish
and
rude
despite
me
being
nothing
but
a
typical
and
reasonable
customer.
I
have
never
been
treated
so
poorly
by
a
professional
jeweller,
might
as
well
have
been
a
pawn
shop
with
the
level
of
disrespect
I
received.
