The night shift service at this establishment is terrible. I was there last night going to the drive thru around 11:30pm. The waiting time was so long customers actually turned off their vehicle. Some even got out of their vehicle to walk around. Luckily I was able to back out from the drive thru after 20 mins of still not being served. This is the worse McDonald to go to at night unless you’re a VERY patient person. This is an updated review. Last night I decided to give it another try thinking maybe it was just an off night the week prior. This time the drive thru was blocked off. I decided to walk up to the window where you pick up your order as I could see there was staff inside. I was told the kitchen was closed because there was no cooks on site. They have serious issues at this establishment. I noticed the kitchen was a complete mess. What are these employees doing? No cook, mess in the kitchen but staff inside clearly doing nothing. Unreal!!

I don’t usually comment on fast food joints but this one truly deserves the one-star rating. LONG wait time at the drive-through, the order is rarely ready when you get to the window, they make you wait in the parking lot forever and when you get your food, half of it is cold. 2/3 of the time, the order is wrong in one way or another. Truly the worst managed McD in the Outaouais, if not Quebec. It’s been like that for years. Don’t expect much.

Once again received terrible service!!! Took them literally 15 minutes to serve 3 cars and they didn’t had to remake my burger since they didn’t do anything I asked. The girl taking the order was having severe comprehension issues and had to repeat myself 4 times very very slowly. One of the worst McDonald I’ve ever seen! A bunch of untrained and unmotivated employees that aren’t supervised by serious manager. Often very dirty and messy. The drive thru is extremely slow and they very often makes errors on orders. ** Just went again on a Monday at 05:00 am and they only thing they could sell me was coffee and muffin. *** Went again and terrible service once again!!! People working there are simply the most incompetent workers ever.

I could just be going crazy, but I feel like this McDonald's is actually improving lately. The last two times I have gotten my correct order in a timely fashion at the drive-thru, the food has been hot and fresh, and the employees have been pleasant. Fingers crossed that Aylmer finally has a serviceable McDonald's and I never have to visit that joke McDonald's in the plateau again when I get my monthly Big Mac craving.

This is probably the Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever ordered from. With all the fees, tips, and taxes on UberEats, Skip, and Door Dash, I was hoping to at lease get ONE meal sent to me completed/correct. I would go to the restaurant myself, but I’d be waiting there all night if I did. They should look into getting better night time management

This location lacks garbage cans. There are only two at this location, and they were overflowing. The floor and tables were dirty, and the ice maker was out of order. They were more intent on the take out window and forgot to make my order. There is much better service at the takeout window!

I went here for the 1st time and I ordered the Bacon Mcrispy meal with water. The fries were freshly made! Good service!

Want in just to buy a trio quarter pounder to go. Get back to work and it's a sloppy sort of brown chicken sandwich covered in red goo. When I went back wasting the rest of my lunch break to exchange it the loathing look I got from the employees was like I was disturbing their standing around and doing nothing. No sorry nothing avoid this place at all cost.
