Fantastic
food,
service
and
atmosphere
all
come
together
to
make
Petit
Bill’s
one
of
Ottawa’s
great
dining
experiences!
My
wife
and
I
came
to
try
their
Newfoundland
dinner
event
and
we
were
not
disappointed.
Each
of
the
courses
we
chose
had
its
own
unique
flavour
that
was
somehow
nostalgic
and
homey,
despite
neither
of
us
being
from
the
region.
It
was
clear
that
each
element
was
chosen
to
add
a
certain
depth
of
flavour
to
the
dishes.
The
standouts
for
us
were
the
seafood
chowder,
cod
fritters,
Jiggs
dinner
(as
pictured),
and
the
apple
crumble
for
dessert.
The
apple
crumble
alone
is
something
we
both
agreed
we
would
enthusiastically
come
back
for
in
the
future.
It
was
baked
perfectly,
so
that
the
apple
still
had
some
tartness
to
it,
while
also
taking
on
a
delicious,
buttery
texture.
The
crumble
had
an
excellent
crispiness
to
it
while
still
instantly
melting
in
your
mouth
with
every
bite.
The
apple
crumble
is
not
a
regular
menu
item,
but
now
we
really
wish
that
it
was,
so
we
could
have
it
more
often!
We
really
loved
our
time
here
at
Petit
Bill’s,
and
we
will
definitely
be
returning
in
the
future
to
try
more
of
their
regular
menu.
