Excellent food and service. The place seems popular for the Sunday Brunch as it was packed when I walked in at 12. Thankfully, we'd made reservations. The fish fillet was well cooked with a healthy serving of veggies and potatoes with the poached eggs. If you're looking for a lovely corner fir a brunch date, i highly recommend this converted old house for brunch and a beer.

Favorite! Must try restaurant in Hull! Cute little spot tucked in an unassuming house on the main strip of bars and restaurants. Pumpkin spice martini here needs an award - I never get seconds of the same drink, but I couldn't get enough. The poutine and duck dishes were so flavorful, all the pieces were well paired. I couldn't think of one thing that could be done better. The staff was really nice as well.

Great taste and excellent service! We had lunch here yesterday - the food was fresh and tasted great. Good size portion. We ordered poutine with chicken and a 'Frida Kahlo' - a salad with mixed green, chicken, and corn served in a baked tortilla bowl. The waitress was patient and gave us details of several items on the menu before we ordered. We will return!

Excellent food. Interesting options, tasted well, cozy interior. I had tuna tartar and it was pretty different to all the ones that I had before because of a gentle a bit sweet sauce and usage of cucumbers. The cheesecake with white chocolate and berries was pretty good as well, even though the crust was not crispy. Be prepared that the menu is only in French though. Probably better to reserve in advance or come at a bit earlier time.

My friend and I ended up here by total chance after driving to Gatineau from Ottawa to explore a bit. Only two patios were open for lunch at the time, we chose here with zero idea of what to expect. First off, when there is a duck dish on a menu, I almost always get it… and there were THREE duck dishes. I have never seen this in my life — we split the duck dumplings (middle photo) and both had the duck with mushroom risotto for our main. Let me tell you that this was one of the best meals I have had in my life — I want to go back and have it as soon as I can. Delicious, interesting, beautiful… we spoke about the amazing vegetables afterwards maybe even more than the duck.. and I LOVE duck! Don’t hesitate, go here. Can’t wait to go back. Service was awesome and happy, too, despite how understaffed I think they probably were (an industry problem right now). Food came very fast. Just great! 😊

While exploring the sentier cultural, we decided to check out this place for supper. It did not disappoint. We sat outside on the patio under the tree. So beautiful! Great service! Diverse, unique menu. I tried an Avril Sour drink and chose duck dumplings, which came with a salad. Delicious! My partner had a La Morsure beer and burger of the day accompanied by fries and coleslaw, which also did not disappoint. Highly recommend this bistro.

Cute secluded patio with incredible beer selection, great food and very friendly and helpful employees who offered beer samples when we were unsure about which beer we would like. Matador Beef tartar (4.6/5) Very fresh with a nice combination of ingredients, but crustinis were a bit on the hard side. Minotaure Korean Beef tacos (4.7/5) TONS of meat, great smokey flavor, even came with amazing fries! Very generous portion sizes!

Excellent food and beautiful plating! However, it took over an hour to get our food, even our drinks took forever to arrive! I hope that it's only because they were short staff that day! The waiter didn't apologize for anything, acted like it was normal, the restaurant wasn't even full either! Fortunately for them, the food was good enough for me to give them a second chance! Let's hope next time the service is better! :)

Such a cute place. Had their special, octoberfest sausage with a hot pretzel and small pasta with cheese sauce. Oooh, that cheese sauce is exactly how I make mine. So delicious 😋 will be back.

Wonderful French resto in Gatineau with warm, funny servers and a delicious Sunday brunch. The mimosa with Cava and grapefruit juice was a dry starter and helped wash down my messy, cheese toast with a pile of tomato/veg mix and crunchy potatoes.

Great bistro in the heart of downtown Hull! I loved their patio, spacious, quaint, and cozy with just the right amount of intimacy. The staff are friendly with engaging personalities. Good value for the price range with a menu that has the staple favs and a few signature dishes. Awesome fries!

Very delicious, fresh tasting food and a nice selection of beers, wine and cocktails. Our server was really lovely although it took a long time after we were done eating to get our bill.

Friendly and quick service, wonderful food and a good selection of cocktails/mocktails. Located along a string of open patios that just add to the environment!

Nice brunch spot, food was good! Unfortunately my dish was lukewarm borderline cold. If you don’t speak English be prepared to kind of figure it out on your own as there are no English menus. I would not say the service is good for its speed & it’s reasonably priced for a brunch on Sunday. Get here early or call for resos as it’s one of the only brunch locations that will take reservations. Would come back to try other dishes.

I got the smoked duck salad and my wife got the poutine. Both were delicious, creative, and fresh.

We found this place randomly on google maps, and we were so glad! You cannot leave Ottawa without having a meal on the Quebec side! Very tasty and original

Goüter des sirènes and the Onion Soup is amazing and delicious but the best is the service. Aldrey is an amazing hostess.
