I’ve lived in Vietnam for 16 years and I can confidently tell you that this place is legit. Family owned and run. Ingredients are fresh and food is delicious. I really recommend the seafood egg noodle soup, it’s my favourite item.

Very good Vietnamese food! Food quantity or portion size is huge. Very affordable pricing. Staff are friendly but busy. Peak times might see delays. Bun bo Hue has a decent beef soup but not excellent. Bun cha Ha Noi is my favourite and has excellent pork meat balls. Some dishes have plenty of fragrant leaf salads, carrot shreds, bean sprouts or cabbage shreds of decent quality. Fragrances from leaves and some liquids cab be overwhelming. Friendly service.

From Toronto and come here by the rating in Google. I found this's the best bun bo Hue and bun Cha I ever had in this little restaurant. I can't give pho and springrolls reviews coz I didn't try them, but my daughter said they are good. She finished all The bun bo Hue broth is so rich in favor. It's meat and meat ball/sausage is so tasty as well. It's better than my favorite Vietnamese restaurants in Toronto. The bun cha is way better than the one I tried in Toronto and even in Ha Noi Vietnam. It's meatball is so juicy and favorable. The sause is so tasty as well. You cannot finish the whole dish by yourself unless you're big eater I would have given more starts if I can. Thank you so much for the yummy meal and your great & warm serving

Amazing food. We went here to celebrate my birthday. The restaurant only allowed 2 tables of seating at the time of my visit. I ordered a Han Nói Vermicelli, my wife had a vermicelli with homemade meatballs, spring rolls and grilled shrimps, and my daughter had a small pho with beef and meatballs. Dinner was amazing. Pho broth had great flavour. I couldnt finished my dinner. It was so big, big enough to share between 2 people. My wife's vermicelli had so much meat and assorted herbs. Dinner for a family of 3 with only water and I also had a take home bun bo hue came $72 with tips. Worth every penny.

This place is great! Their grilled chicken and pork with rice dish is one of the best dishes I've had. I love their vermicelli too. The interior is cozy and really pretty, and the owners are nice. The prices are also very affordable and portions are huge. The son working there is really sweet.

I had a delicious Bun bo hue soup (spicey beef noodle soup) S02 at Pho Tuan the other day and I think you would like it too. The restaurant is clean, prices fair and the family running the restaurant are friendly. If you like my reviews, videos or photos give them a pho tuan's thumbs up

We tried their pho and bun cha Hanoi. Pho was excellent but the true shining star of this place is their bun cha Hanoi. Every bite of the pork slices and patty blew me away. And every bite was simply sublime. You could tell this dish is what they're known for because many tables around us were having bun cha Hanoi. (One table had everyone ordering bun cha Hanoi.) The grilled taste of the meat was beautiful. It comes with salad mixed with basil, and it compliments this dish so well. Highly highly recommend this dish!!! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great customer service.

Decent bun bo hue. Excellent hospitality. Food came out quick. Nice family run business and you can really taste it in the food. Heard the host offer a hair tie to a lady eating so the customer could enjoy the soup without her long hair getting in the way. Bun bo hue noodles were not as thick as usual; which i much prefer! Plenty of meat. Will return!

The food is always great. Even tho they only have spring rolls and vermicelli bowl for vegetarian option it's always a treat for me and the portion of food is very generous. The prices are also very reasonable. It's a must try seriously. Don't forget to ask for their no cost cultural tea they serve. Go for it.🌼🔥🔥

I am a Hanoian and highly recommend to try bun cha Hanoi here. Although the grilled sliced pork was a bit dry for me but the minced pork was brilliant, very juicy marinated. Vermicelli was not the proper one and the fish sause was a bit too salty but overall, the dish was over my expectation already. Btw, portion can be shared among 2 - 3 if you are only a tasters.

Great food. We had Phở Dặc Biệt and Bún bò Huế. Everything was very tasty. Very friendly family run restaurant. Recommend it if you are looking for good Vietnamese food.

My absolute favorite place hands down to get pho in the city. The family run restaurant is quick on the orders and the flavors are exponentially better than those around the area. They also have traditional 'Hanoi Style' dishes that I haven't had anywhere else. Definitely try the "Hanoi Special", you won't be disappointed!

I come here for the bun Cha Ha noi! So delicious and always crave for it! Haven't found it in any other Vietnamese restaurants in Ottawa. Service is great. Owner was very nice when we interacted with her. Would recommend Pho Tuan! 😺👍 - @kiengstagram

Opened the door and was greeted by a lovely lady rolling dumplings. She brought us to a table where we ordered the fried shrimp wontons, to which she replied “would you like them fresh?” To our delight she was actually rolling the fillings for the fried wontons. And wow can you taste how fresh they were! I had the bbq pork pho and my mom the chicken pho, both delicious with fresh ingredients and delicious sauces on the side to pair. Found my new regular pho spot!

A nice little Vietnamese restaurant in Ottawa's Chinatown district. The dishes are quite large and plentiful, definitely good value for the price paid. Flavour was good for most items...we found some of the fried dishes to be a little bit over fried (fried spring rolls and fried tofu). Service was good, food was served quickly.

This place is great! The special spring rolls are amazing; crispy, juicy, and delicious. But the real star is the Bun Cha Hà Nội! You have to try it, it’s unlike anything I’ve ever had before. The charred pork patties have the most amazing flavour, along with the sliced pork and the sauce it comes in. So smoky and savoury. Highly recommend!

So glad I came across this spot. We walked in at 1pm on Saturday afternoon. The restaurant was full and most of the patrons seemed to be of Vietnamese origin (always a good sign!). Food was authentic and fresh. Portion sizes were generous for the price. Service was excellent. Looking forward to coming back!

This is now officially our favorite Vietnamese restaurant in Ottawa....so happy a colleague suggested it to me. I've been searching for a really good Bun Bo Hue in Ottawa and I hadn't found it until now!! But the star of the show was the Bun Cha Ha Noi!!!! The meat was soooo tender and the flavors were out of this world!! Special spring roll and the Pho was also very very good. Service was fantastic from Michelle....definitely looking forward to going back soon!! Enjoy!

Amazing beef soup and dumpling soup. Must try if you are in the neighbourhoods. 15 min walking distance from museum of war. Will definitely go back when I come to Ottawa next time.

Lovely family running this restaurant, they are so friendly and make the best bún chả Hanoi, in the world. Vietnamese comfort food at its best!

It’s nice area but it’s hard to find the parking lot, the best one I really like it that is Bun Cha Ha Noi. It’s plenty of meat for craving Vietnamese food in Ha Noi

Pho is very tasty and flavourful. Gỏi cuốn is very good as well as the peanut sauce. Bún nem nướng chả giò is wonderful. Every dish tastes very authentic and you should take my words for it because I lived in Vietnam for 15 years. I have eaten these dishes in Vietnam growing up and I testify that Pho Tuan really nails the flavour down to every drops of the broth. Again, the dishes taste very authentic. I would say this place has the most authentic Vietnamese food in Ottawa. Good customer service as well. Friendly family business. Big proportion so the dishes are worth the money.

Went in two day in a row since I found this hidden gem last night! Food is great, service is exceptional! The waitress is so friendly, and remembered me and my food and flavour from last night 100%!! First day, My husband and I had: meat ball skewer, bun bo hué, and a bun. All the food are great! Bun bo hue is very delightful lemongrassy flavour. The total of the 2 dish plus 1 appetizer come to $53 after tax after tip Second day, I went in my self and had bun chai Hà Nội. The food is so tasty and huge portion! It is so satisfying! The final price of the one dish is kinda higher ($28 after tax after tip), but because of the portion it makes sense. I had to pack more than half of the meat home~

This place serves the absolute best Bun Bo Hue (spicy beef and pork soup) in town, hands down. They cook it the traditional way, clean broth topped with fried chili and lemongrass, not a spice mix like most other restaurants. Their Bun Cha Hanoi is out of this world and they’re the only restaurant I know of serving it this traditional a must try. Haven’t tried their actual pho yet, but have heard it’s great as well. Prices are amazingly reasonable.

As all others have shared in their reviews, the bun bo hue was simply awesome. I got in just around 12pm when the place was just starting up. It was fully packed 15 minutes later!

VERY delicious food. Extremely kind staff, very friendly and helpful with recommendations if you haven’t had Vietnamese cuisine before. Everything is tasty!! And you get lots so don’t be afraid to take home the leftovers. Also it is a smaller restaurant so go when it isn’t busy.

If I could give six stars I would. Hands down best meatballs ever!!! Don't bother opening the menu. Read what's on the whiteboard and order from there. You can't go wrong. Go eat here. Do it now.

The best place in town if you're looking for savoury delicious soup noodles. The owner is very friendly and accomodating. Though the place is a bit small, it gives you that homey feel. They make sure every customer will leave their place satisfied. Highly recommended.
