Quite a nice hotel for a decent price, with amazing location. Just minutes away from Lyon station in downtown Ottawa, access across Ottawa is effortless. This hotel does have a smaller lobby, but the staff is lovely! The room was good, providing appliances and what not, but overall the stay was nice! This hotel is attached to a Quickie as well, which is accessed through the lobby so little snacks or whatnot are easily acquirable, making up for the lack of (overpriced) water bottles you’d expect to find in a hotel room. If you enjoy walking, this location is a 15 minute walk from Chinatown and less than 10 to Parliament Hill, so there are many Ottawa sights to see while enjoying this downtown hotel.

We were very impressed with this hotel accommodation! Location: close to everything you need to sight seeing around Ottawa, located in upper town area. Building: it's an older apartment conversion, exterior looks older and dated. Room: older apartment layout is always generous and spacious! Well divided living room, kitchen, dinning and bedroom. Really feels like living in a condo! It's clean and tidy! Comfortably sleeps four easiest! Value: we three stayed two night with Tex and everything only came to $298!!! Parking is $25 each day! Overall: great for family, group and couples! Will stop again!

We booked the 2 bedroom suite. Their location is great. The room was huge. We requested for a slipper to use within the room but they were out. There is a separate fee for parking. Not sure of the price but it was $25 for 24hours. We have to carry our things ourselves from the parking to the 5th floor maybe it was due to pandemic measures.

The hotel’s location is great, there are restaurants in walking distance as well as the Parliament and other monuments. Parking is extra $$ and cost quite a lot but it’s a decent garage. Staff was nice and helpful. The gym could be a bit renovated but it does the job if someone wants go get some exercise in. The room was beautiful and HUGE especially for the price which was absolutely reasonable. The kitchen was very well equipped and the bedroom was spacious with comfortable bedding. The heating wasn’t the best, though, the max temperature is 25C which of course would be enough except that in the bedroom it was 20C max... that small vent just couldn’t heat up the room properly. WiFi worked great and it’s quite fast. Breakfast was not included but there’s a restaurant/bar on the lobby level and there’s the kitchen too in the room to prepare anything. Great choice, absolutely recommended.

The staff were great! Made you feel right at home. The suites are nice and spacious with a nicely equipped kitchen complete with a stove, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, electric kettle and essentials. There's a quickie mart right beside it for your groceries. Great location close to the trains, parks, museums, rideau canal, Ottawa river and parliament. A+

One of the coziest hotels I have had the pleasure of staying in. Each room is spacious, feeling more like a liveable apartment than a room with a bed. Each room is also equipped with a kitchen and stocked with plenty of dishes and cutlery. I always enjoy staying here.

Huge suits. Huge! Smelled little musky when we checked in but we got used to it and it wasn't noticed after. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Didn't use fitness facility but it looked like a decent hotel style fitness room. Location so great, you can walk to most attractions, shopping and the metro station is block or two away. Enjoyed staying here.

Big spacious rooms. It's nice to have the space to live and not be clumped up in the room. Price for parking a bit steep for the tight parking facility available. Parking garage is as small as the rooms are big. No complimentary breakfast provided but there is a restaurant attached that one can access without going outside. Convenient.

I came to this hotel with my family for a 3 days and 2 nights stay. I have two toddlers and the convenience of having a kitchen, two televisions (One in the livingroom and one in the bedroom) and two double/queen sized beds in one room was great! Not to mention a stool in the bathroom to assist my daughter with washing her hands on the bedroom sink. We also drove an electric car for our family road trip and it was great to find out that they had free charging for our vehicle. Warning, the water runs very hot but that wouldn't be a problem as you can quickly adjust it to your liking. Kitchen provides you basic needs (dinner ware, cooking utensils, tea towels and salt & pepper). Lastly, the pillows and bed are super comfortable! I highly recommend this for family with young children. You're welcome to ask for a crib but we didn't so I am not sure if that is complimentary. However, I wished I knew that for my first night as it would have been great for my younger daughter. Hotel was clean. We lucked out and had a private balcony. I am sure we'll make another booking at this hotel again for our next Ottawa trip.

My stay here was nice. They upgraded my room, it was clean and the bed comfy. Is was the smell of cigarettes on the third floor that bothered me. Maybe it doesn't always smell that way but seemed pretty set in. Frankly, it's an affordable downtown option. The rooms are large, have patios and all the amenities a suite should offer. My room had a dish washer. If you can handle the smell give it a go.

    1. Professional and Kind Staff 2. Location is amazing! Close to everything. 3. Rooms are massive! I reserved a one bedroom suite overnight room is spot clean, fully equipped kitchen, huge living room and a good sized bedroom. Closets and bathroom good size. We basically rented a 1 bedroom apartment. 4. Beds are super comfy! We got 2 beds in the room and 1 pull out bed in the living room. 5. Underground parking is available for $24- I think it's worth it. Overall, we had a blast staying in this hotel. Would book it again when we visit Ottawa.

I have stayed here a few times already and i am always impressed. Last stay, they upgraded my suite to a two bedroom, two bathroom - really did not need it, but it was nice. The suites have full kitchens; so yes, you can certainly make it your home away from home. Very clean, quiet and large suites. The parking is expensive - 20 plus dollars for one night, so they lost a star.

This hotel is amazing. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The rooms were amazing. Very spacious full kitchen that came with dishes and everything. The room was huge. Had a pull out couch, two queen beds is a separate room a dining table with chairs, an extra room that was for storage and had a table and chairs for the balcony. The bathroom was very clean and beautiful. We went for the Latin sparks festival and it was an 8 minutes walk to downtown Ottawa. The rooftop patio was stunning and had a great view. The gym was clean and useful. The laundry room was clean and there were signs in there for usage. The ice machine was also located in the laundry room. Parking was easy underground.

Fantastic hotel. Stayed 2 nights with my wife for our 1 year anniversary and loved it. Check-in was a little slow but they were very busy when we arrived to check-in. Every room is a suite! We paid less than nearby hotels that had much smaller rooms. There is a large entrance that opens to a huge open living/dining room area. Small well equipped kitchen off to the side. 2 full bathrooms, one off to the side of the kitchen, the other between the double doors to the separate bedroom. Very comfortable. Close to everything. Would definitely go back again.

We got the luxury suite with the jacuzzi. Its a VERY large suite complete with a dining room, full size kitchen and living room area. Super clean and very comfortable. The bed was among the nicest we've slept in at a hotel. Great jacuzzi tub but the water pressure is lacking. It does take quite a bit of time to fill the tub and the shower isn't powerful enough for my taste. Great location too. Close to a lot of restaurants, pubs and shopping. Great staff, very accommodating. We'd stay here again for sure.

Great place to stay! The room was so very spacious! Many amenities, and so close to everything in town! We arrived early, and we were able to check in. We were grateful for it. Traveling with a car full of things helped to check in early. Friendly, helpful check in. I would recommend to stay here, if in the area.
