So my wife and I stayed here last year and enjoyed ourselves. The location is close however at night you need to be careful. We booked again 2022 and the rooms are now starting to get dated with lumpy beds and noise coming from the air conditioning. It was loud enough that we could not sleep at night. We complained but ofcourse there was nothing they could do. We booked for 6 nights but after 4 sleepless night and no resolution. We left. I would have through the hotel would have at least offered something in return but everyone wants to make a dollar so nothing. Last year we didn’t have to book for 5 nights but now you do. Anyway obviously we liked the hotel in the past or we wouldn’t have booked again. Going forward we would look at a new location however. We also had several mix up after arriving. We were billed twice for the same week. We added an extra night and the agreed rate which I sent to them ended up being higher. This wasn’t a lot but it was more than the hotel indicated. Put all of these things together and we would pass in the future on this location

A day before the check in we received an email with the room # and the floor number -》 we were given a room on the second (2d) floor .WHEN WE DID THE RESERVATION ON BOOKING.COM IT WAS DESCRIBED AS A TALL BUILDING WITH A VIEW - WE WERE GIVEN 2ND FLOOR WITH A VIEW OF THE STREET BEHIND AND THE ENTRANCE ....HENCE NO VIEW AT ALL. EVEN THOUGH I CALLED TO REQUEST THAT THE ROOM BE CHANGED AS IT WAS FOR ANNIVERSARY ALL WE WERE TOLD WAS THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS IN TORONTO AND THEY WILL SEND AN EMAIL TO THE CONCIERGE--》..NO RESPONSE EVER. UPON ARRIVAL , WE WENT TO RETRIEVE THE KEY FOBS , PARKING REMOTE AND THE 2 ROOM CARD KEYS --- 》》 ONLY 1 ROOM CARD KEY WAS GIVEN AND NO PARKING REMOTE .AGAIN WE CALLED AND AGAIN THE RESPONSE WAS "SO SORRY BUT THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO BECAUSE WE ARE IN TORONTO WE WILL LET THE CONCIERGE KNOW"... WE GOT TO THE ROOM NOW THE REAL PROBLEM STARTED ... WE ARE IN PANDEMIC SO I WOULD PRESUME THAT A BUSINESS SUCH AS THIS WOULD DO EVERYTHING THEY COULD TO HAVE THE LOCATION EVEN CLEANER THAN DURING REGULAR TIMES ...WELL IT WAS REALLY DIRTY 1.FLOOR WAS DUSTY AND DIRTY , THE CARPET IN THE LIVING ROOM 2.THE TOILET SEAT WAS DIRTY ...STAINS WHICH WE HAD TO CLEAN 3.TOILET SEAT COVER HAD STAINS AS WELL 4.BED SPRING BOX WAS BROKEN AND WAS STICKING TO THE SIDE ABOUT 4IN....WE TRIED PUSHING IT IN BUT IT WONT MOVE 5. BED HEAD FRAME WAS WIGGLY AND DIRTY WITH COUPLE OF LONG HAIRS ON TOP OF IT AS WELL AS DUST. 6. WE WERE 2 PEOPLE IN THE ROOM - ONLY ONE BATHROBE AND ONLY 1 PAIR OF SLIPPERS WERE LEFT.. 7.THE LIVING ROOM GLASS TABLE HAD STAINS 8.PARKING UPON MAKING THE RESERVATION SEEMS TO BE "FREE" WELL ITS NOT. ONCE YOU GET TO THE SOHO APARTMENTS , YOU WILL FIND OUT THAT ITS $12 / NIGHT WE IMMEDIATELY CALLED TO REQUEST CHANGE OF ROOM...AND AGAIN THE SAME STUPID RESPONSE " SO SORRY CONCIERGE IS NOT THERE WE WILL LET HIM KNOW BUT...NOTHING WE CAN DO " SO WHO CAN DO ANYTHING...SEEMS LIKE NO ONE CAN.

Everything was clean, new and modern. Very nice views from our room and walking distance from everything!

What a place!!! From the neighborhood, the view, the room, the the vicinity to everything we wanted to do and see we would hands down give the Soho a 10 out of 10!! SO glad we stayed here, and will DEFINITELY be back!!!

This is an excellent place to stay if you're looking for an apartment hotel. Very nice accommodations, stylish furnishings, and a very convenient location for exploring the city. Highly recommended!

Very nice place, I usually stays in Hilton but this time of year Hilton is all booked. So I found this place online and wanted to try. I had superb experience staying here. The location is very convenient to go downtown and there is a FARMBOY just 300m. The swimming pool is relaxing and quiet -where if you stayed in Hilton it would be noisy and packed. I give this place a 10/10.

Surprisingly large apartment style accomodation. Very clean and even has a few breakfast items in business lounge.

Gorgeous, clean, contemporary apartment hotel. Their coffee lounge features free Nespresso, Greek yogurt, and pastries.

There is no front desk. It’s great as long as everything is working fine. Almost impossible to get your concerns resolved if there is a problem. Giving it 4 stars because the apartment was nice, clean and almost had all amenities. However I wish they had kept basic stuff such as salt, pepper, sugar etc in the kitchen.

One of the best hotels/residences I’ve ever stayed in. SoHo was a beautiful and clean building. The room was amazing and had everything we needed. Concierge was more than helpful and arrival and departure information. SoHo is a perfect distance to downtown Ottawa. Will definitely be back!

Very nice apartment style hotel with great amenities. Only complaint is for a cleaner shower.

I stayed in the 17th floor, which has a nice view. The room itself is well organised and tidy. Also the location is very good, having interesting markets and stores nearby.

Great location in the heart of downtown Ottawa. The rooms were amazing and the view was great that we could even see the Canada fireworks. Was overall a great place.

Excellent hotel, very clean and spacious. Good downtown location. Staff was friendly and it was relatively quiet given its in a residential building. Would recommend.
