if I could give a 0 star I would. Got their new Sriracha mayo burger, was raw in middle. Very disappointed in how the manager and workers handled the situation. The staff's amount of irresponsibility appalls me. At first they didn't even offer a refund, they said that it wasn't their fault. After a long time, I finally got a refund, which should have been the case the second I showed the raw burger. They were very rude and not empathetic about the situation, didn't even apologize. The food is bad, the service is bad. Please do not order their burgers, they are raw.

What the F...! Waited 30 minutes for my pepperoni and cheese Pizza with my 6 year old daughter. After 20 minutes I asked if it was coming. Told me to be patient. Wow. Served two other people that came after me. Crust was missing on my pizza.

The quality of the pizza has declined by great folds lately. Being a regular customer here, this pizza is burnt & broken in edges (second picture) and is crispy like a cracker or nacho & it’s unacceptable. I would have visited walmart Chips section if I needed it. The shape is distorted and looks like a baby girl was playing with her magic clay and a easy bake oven. Lack of management/quality control is very evident.

It was very expensive if we didn't take the offer. We took 2 for 45 bucks with drinks. Otherwise, they were charging $68 without the offer. However, the taste was very good.

Had the worst experience. The standard pizza that I had ordered was nothing like what it was supposed to be, based on previous orders. Had requested thin crust and got the standard crust, the sauce and overall taste was totally off. The service was far from cordial.

Had a worst experience ever. There was a hair in the pizza. The boy working wasn’t wearing a hair net. Moreover, the girl dealing with us was so arrogant. She was a-bit rude and unfriendly while taking the order. She told her co-worker when we entered that the customers are continuously coming and not stopping. And we ordered a dine-in while ordering but when the order was ready, they told us that the dine-in was closed and we have to take the order out.

I ordered a pizza and paid for extra toppings. Two of them were rockets (rucula or whatever) and mushrooms. No rockets at all (as you can see on the picture) and Mushrooms just a bit... really disappointed.

So the pizza is usually decent here for a chain. But I keep ordering the buffalo chicken pouitne and now that they’ve changed the boxes, they are trying to say they are giving the same amount in a different box. I count three pieces of popcorn chicken, barely and cheese and way less fries. Not worth the 10 dollars, won’t be ordering again

Well, my overall experience at Pizza Pizza was amazing. Staff was very friendly and the store was really clean. Pizzas were as per the standard and I really enjoyed the taste. Specifically, Tandoori Pizza was really scrumptious.

I ordered the x large pizza on the offer, there was Punjabi girl at 9:24 pm she cancelled my offer and they said we have walk in offer on 25% discount with same topping, I said it's fine if there offer but they did not add any topping om pizza and make us fool

Today on Monday 2nd October, at 6:55PM, I am a regular customer and I always go to this pizza place, but the person who didn’t give his name to me, with grey hair bit old, was in charge and doesn’t know how to treat a regular customer who always comes to this place. Has no knowledge no attitude with customers. Another Punjabi girl very bad attitude, and as she knew I was a regular customer also, the way she was explaining to the guy, very bad attitude. They don’t how to serve customers. I’ll never come back here, and all of my friends as well. I hope they never hire such such people. If there was Zero start, I’d give for these people serving customers.

He never called to say he was there and i ended up having to order again and pay for waiting double the time

I have tried 3 different pizza pizza restaurants. BUT - out of the 3 places (Newman, Sherbrooke west, and Verdun), this place is the BEST! They give the most consistent toppings, good amount of sauce, and they actually double the toppings when you pick two of the same toppings. They have veggie-meat options and their customer service is great. THE BEST PIZZA PIZZA IN MONTREAL!

Great deals for a great price , the pizza was good , fresh and hot . There's nothing unique to it but it feeds the whole family happily for a good price . The staff was great super friendly and welcoming!

I can’t believe how bad the service is. The delivery was late and the pizza was already cold. Never again will I order from this place. They have no respect for their clients.

They literally re-warm food that wasn't picked up from customers and sell it to the next person that wants it. Happened to me and my friends multiple times and today to my gf. I like how the staff knows about this but still plays dumb. Because you can tell the difference between freshed cooked and re-warmed food.

Great restaurant with very friendly accommodating staff. My go to for panzerottis they always make them the way you specify never had any problems. Will be my restaurant of choice for years to come.

Horrible costumer service, I ordered a pizza, 51 minutes after the order they called my phone to tell me that they knocked on my outer building door instead of buzzing my apartment, arguing there was no instruction to buzz in the order. The thing is that I ordered countless times and every single one they just buzzed, then now they tell me I should have instructed to buzz and it is my fault the pizza was not delivered in time. Neither the original attendant or the supervisor, a woman that identified herself as (Crista) was of any help and I ended up canceling the order to never order with this company again.

The service at this place is actually humorously bad, we had time to wait an hour for their free pizza guarantee, call for them to tell us the pizza was on the way, order another pizza from Domino's and have the Domino's pizza arrive at our place and this pizza never arrived, contrary to us calling the pizza joint a second time 2 hours after the order for them to tell us that yes, it was in fact on the way. We don't even want the pizza anymore because chances are the pizza has gone bad before the delivery driver has managed to drive the pizza across town. Future reference, a 1 hour free pizza guarantee only means something if the pizza actually arrives at the destination.

Having ordered pizza in the past our 2 extra large mushroom pizzas we ordered last night were not very good, the only good thing was the crust. When it came to the sauce, mushrooms & cheese, there was almost NOTHING. We were 4 adults and a child and all thought we were eating bread with a splash of tomatoe sauce. Sorry, but we've had this pizza many times before and never got pizzas like this. We won't be ordering any more pizzas from Pizza Pizza, the reason we're giving 2* is because the crust was tasty and light. Hope your pizza gets better in the near future! UPDATE: Today, October 13, 2022 we ordered another pizza (medium) mushrooms/cheese. Again, the crust is nice and light and the pizza this time was very good. For this pizza it's a 4* will get a 5* when we see more mushrooms! lol

Very slow service. Its second time forget my order, I was dam hungry and they took more than 40 mitunes to prepare my order.

Best pizza service ever. Cashier (shweta)she deal customers in an appropriate and polite manner. Even in a long queue, she was really patient and calm to take my order. All in all, I like their services and food is always Fresh and hot. Love to visit there every time ❤️
