👍 Service is always very friendly and they have terrific memory of their customers! A little slow at times, but understandable during prime times. I particularly like that this location played Greek music when I was there! I would like to speak to the manager, as I am also Greek. :D People often mention coffee,

Prices are high. A pastry like an amandine, even though tasty is near $4 taxes inc. Nice location though.

By far the best cup of coffee in Place du Centre! Very charming coffee shop and yummy croissants/ muffins. The only thing I find is sometimes the staff don't look too happy...

I’m giving it 2 stars because the manager is nice and the coffee is okay but one of the ladies that serves at the front is judgey. She never smiles. Piercings are fine so it has nothing to do with that. Come to think, none of them smile... You’re serving people coffee, not working as a warden

Nice simple coffee shop, drinks are reasonably priced and quality, pastries are insanely expensive, and low quality, avoid them at all costs. They also sell k-cups for make your own. Overall a good place for a decent cup of coffee, latte or espresso.

The manager was super gross and inappropriate... he also kind of came off as sexist. I heard he only hires females because men would talk back/stand up to him. So if you’re a guy looking for a job this isn’t the place to go! but the staff was really nice!! Really great service from the baristas. Hopefully they find a better work environment cause he’s a huge a hole.

We wanted a coffee treat during our time exploring Rue Laval and Gatineau downtown and was pleasantly surprised by how delicious their coffee was! Fragrant, piping hot and not overly sweet for flavoured drinks!

Better than other Timothy's I've been too in the region. Service was quick and well organized.

The owner (Norm) and staff are so nice and super friendly. They know you by your name! Just like cheers! I missed going there! While you are there, try the eggs and waffles :)

Quality and quantity are important to repeat business, in addition to service. Please don’t tell me I should be the one telling you I drink my coffee black. I would appreciate a full cup of coffee when I pay for a specific size. Or at least simply ask if space for milk should be kept. I’ll let you judge by yourself: I haven’t had a sip from the medium size coffee in the picture. Chocolate croissant was fresh. Initially I put 2 stars. After the company asked me to contact them, which I did, I never heard back. Looks nice to have those replies, but there’s absolutely no service so don’t bother contacting them. Today I passed in front and it’s closed! Good news!

I am giving it 1 star because the manager is very nice and the coffee is good, but one of the ladies serving at the front with a rude attitude twice has refused to sell me a panini even when it was 11 am.

Prompt & friendly service. One of the few places with lactose free milk.
