Good times! My 7yr old loves his classes. The teacher is good too!

The Yard is awesome! My son is blind and takes skateboarding lessons there every week with Jordan who is so patoent and good with all kids (especially those with special needs). It's been 18 months and he's progressed so well and become so confident! The owner Anthony is a great guy who when he heard my son had gone blind during cancer and just wanted to skateboard, said, "Let's just get him back in the park and on his board again." Their entire team is so positive and kind.

My daughter and I went for the family/beginner hours and had a blast. We both skateboard and skated every part of the park. The staff was helpful. Yes the park could be bigger but at least Ottawa finally has an indoor park and I very happy they took a chance with it. I do t mind the price but hopefully at some point you will be able to purchase 2 hour time slots because this old man doesn’t last any longer than that.

Ottawa is so lucky to have such an amazing indoor skatepark! They have so many nice sections including a pump track that makes the other cities jealous, an upstairs street section, an advanced section with a vert, and a bowl (pretty rare to find in Ottawa). In the summer, they also have an outdoor street section and mini ramp. It has an onsite store and a cafe area upstairs. The staff are super welcoming and helpful. A pillar of the skate community in Ottawa.

Very small inside. At capacity it's chaos and you will have to line up for features such as the pump track. Probably better value for skateboarders and scooters, but at $25 plus tax it is disappointing for those on dirt jump bikes. More expensive then a comparable climbing gym which offers better value and price.

great use of the space. flow section is great for learning to jump with larger box jumps next to the rollers for when you are ready to move on, the ramps are well thought out and the bowl is a fun little place to rip around. i have fun there, so does the whole fam. the family mornings are great for our little one. i think the set up is definitely the best possible use of the space. $28 for a day pass seems fair to me. we sometimes go a few times during the day to make the most out of it! staff are friendly and helpful and seem really invested in the participants having a good time. great indoor park.

not a great place if you are on a skateboard. small street section with little to skate, floor has been incredibly slippery each time ive gone causing you to fall when you might not have. very pricy when that upper section is the best part for skateboards, especially compared to the much larger, much higher quality parks in montreal which have full day rates for less. for me its not worth the money but its the only permanent indoor park in the city

Definitely more of a BMX / Scooter park but still manageable on a skateboard. Fun snake run and street section upstairs. Super quiet at night which is nice.

My son attended camp for a week and I am so happy he did. The first day he was very nervous, by lunch the first day when I visited he was completely comfortable. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. The staff answered all of my questions and were very well organized. My son truly enjoyed his time there and he got a lot out of the week he spent there. He will absolutely be back!

Great new addition to Ottawa. They have worked really hard to get as much as possible into a small space. Pump track, bowl/pool, half pipe and street section. Central location and high quality construction. Great staff. It can get busy with kids in scooters. Family friendly with beginners slot 9am -11am on weekends.

Not a terrible selection, but not a good one. The park is small, and too focused on the pump track. The shop only truly caters to scooters. The shop and bathrooms are nice and clean, but the park is dangerously dusty and slippery. I don't think nearly 30$ is worth it for a 3 hour skate. Stick to the evening 2 hour $15. And again, dangerously slippery. Unfortunately being the only indoor park in Ottawa, we have no other options

Amazing place, safe, well lit and protected from the elements. Daughter is doing group and private skate lessons and the staff are incredible, helped more than my daughters skating, also confidence. Recommended 100 times over if I could

HI just to confirm what an astute reviewer had mentioned... this is a BUILDING and is NOT A YARD. There is literally no grass, or trees. I brought my chiwawa Barkley in and he pee'd on a hardened floor of some rock material, to then have a tall gentle man yell at us "DO NOT YES WE SEE DO NOT DO YOU UNDWRSTAND" Please rename your company, and mention the dog park is closed perhaps? Good day...

Made a late booking for Sunday night at 6pm. We received a call at around 5:45 saying they were planning to close early as we were the only reservation. They did offer to give us a voucher to return another time, however we explained we were from out of town and only there for the night. They agreed to stay open. Our 2 boys (ages 9 and 12) had a blast. They had the entire park to themselves and got to try tons of jumps that they otherwise may have felt too intimidated to attempt. The staff working was great and didn’t make us feel rushed to leave. This was a great little skate park with lots to do for beginners, as well as a few bigger ramps for more intermediate/advanced riders. We would return again if in the area.

We were at the Yard for my son's birthday party. It was a great experience. The kids had fun and the party room was very spacious. Very nice staff.
