Best fried chicken in town. The chicken stays crispy throughout the entire meal and the sauces are seasonned just right. The sweet and spicy chicken is not really spicy at all, but still very delicious. The basic soy sauce and garlic is just perfect. Try it for yourself! They provide small side dishes that are very well marinated and pairs well with the chicken. The portion for the japchae is very generous, we had to bring it home. This is run by a korean family and I have been clients of them for years, and the quality has never lessened. This is authentic korean food. I highly recommend.

Our favourite Korean place we’ve tried in Montreal. From beginning to end we had a great experience. The bangchan was very flavourful (they make phenomenal kimchi). Then the tteokbokki which was incredible! The sauce was so full bodied, you could taste the vegetables in it which was a first for me. Rice cakes were cooked to perfection and their fish cakes taste great. The kimchijeon was the showstopper for us and is the best we’ve tried in Montreal. Highly recommend. The fried chicken was also excellent. Overall I appreciated that the fried food was not too greasy like other places. We will absolutely be back to try more of the menu!!

The food and atmosphere were excellent. The service was unfortunately all over the place. It seemed to me like the staff was either inexperienced or unprepared for a full resto. There is also the possibility that they were/are understaffed, though the whole place only has about 15 tables. That said, would definitely come back! Really enjoy the food!

Came here since the first day they opened. Food flavour is somewhat inconsistent, especially the seafood pancake. SERVICE: always missing staff, wait time is long. Not super efficient as we had to ask for everything, cultery, water, plates. This place is known for their fried chicken which I agree 5/5 recommend! The best deal is to take the whole chiken as it is only a couple dollars difference. We wanted to order some kimbaps but everytime we came, it was unavailable, which is quite dissapointing. Seafood udon was drenched in oil sauce, a bit deceiving but still good 3/5 Overall, would come back for their friend chicken.

FRIED CHICKEN is a must-try dish. It was so tasty and delicious. But other dishes were average. ⭐️🍗

Fried chicken is fantastic. Juicy inside and crispy outside. The sauce are also really good. Recommend the soya garlic one. Both spicy ones are not spicy, and both of them are sweet spicy. Service is soso. Last time I went the staff were just chatting at a table beside us and never came fill water or ask if the food was okay.

Had a great time here with three warm dishes to fight off the cold. The fried chicken was excellent—nice and crunchy. The ttaekbokki was sweet with a hint of spicyness. Carrots still had some nice crunch to them. And the seafood Soondubu was delightful—big chunks of smooth tofu and lots of tiny shrimps, one big shrimp, and one egg. There was also three side dishes (kimchi, fried rice cakes, and pickled radish) to get your appetite going before the other food arrived. The restaurant is nice, with lots of plants around and even a tree in the middle. Very friendly service. And easy to get to from De L’église stop on the green line.

Came here on a Friday night and ordered the fried chicken with garlic and soy sauce, cheese tteokbokki and beef bibimbap. We wanted to get the tuna kimbap but they were out that night. Everything was delicious! Chicken was thinly battered and super crispy while the inside was tender and juicy. The rice cakes were also perfectly tender and chewy to my taste. While I enjoyed the bibimbap, I found the beef portion to be on the smaller side. Service was a bit slow but understandable as it was a full house. Will definitely pass by again whenever I’m in the area.

The three times I've been to Comon for dinner, I really enjoyed the food. My favourite dishes are the seafood pajeon and, the soy sauce and garlic fried chicken. They're both crispy and so full of flavour. I will definitely and happily return here in the future.

Great place to eat. Very cozy, but a bit small to eat in groups more than 4. Feel bad for the waitress who was alone for the whole restaurant.

Must go for the fried chicken! it’s so hard to find goooood fried chicken, and this is probably in the top I would recommend. We were originally looking for a pork bone soup as well, but it’s very rare to find here in Montreal. They no longer serve the beef bone soup either. We tried the spicy kimchi tofu stew, it was ok. We probably would have been good without it. We ordered the sauces on the side and both sauces were very good with the chicken. Serve was good we appreciate the recommendations!

The chicken was sooo good, we ordered chicken (original and sweet and spicy sauce), matched it with corn cheese (you have to try it) and soup with fish cakes I believe. Definitely coming back to try more ✨

The service was good. Bimbimpa was average. I ordered fried chicken which was slightly above average. I wasn’t impressed tho.

Ordered fried chicken, hot stone bibimbap, and seafood pancake. Love the hot stone, which gives out the hot and crunchy taste of the rice! Chicken is juicy inside and crunchy outside, sauce is amazing. Pancake is a bit disappointing.
