I
do
not
like
to
leave
poor
reviews,
however
the
lab
department
at
this
hospital
keeps
getting
worse.
I
am
here
pretty
frequently.
In
short:
make
sure
to
be
aware
of
the
tests
you
need
and
the
doctor
it
is
coming
from
-
advocate
for
yourself.
Ask
them
to
confirm
the
tests,
better
safe
than
sorry.
My
family
doctor
wants
to
stay
informed
on
results,
she
hadn't
been
receiving
them
when
I
asked
I
was
told
I
have
my
chart
and
can
provide
it
to
them.
I
dont
get
paid
to
do
that,
my
taxes
pay
you
to
do
it.
The
communication
between
hospitals
and
family
medicine
is
terrible,
applies
to
riverside
and
general.
Parking
is
expensive,
but
that
is
everywhere.
The
wait
times
can
be
quite
long,
come
with
a
book
and
time
to
spare.
No
problems
with
the
building
itself.
My
problem
is
specifically
with
the
lab
service,
they
have
gotten
my
tests
wrong
the
last
few
times!
That
is
unacceptable,
I
am
very
aware
of
what
I
need
so
I
have
been
correcting
them
when
they
go
over
my
health
card
information
before
the
blood
draw,
however
even
one
slipped
by
me.
It
is
very
concerning
that
these
kinds
of
errors
are
being
made
(repeatedly),
these
tests
could
be
life
or
death
for
someone.
Patient
could
be
older
or
have
an
impairment
and
not
know
to
catch
the
errors.
As
a
patient,
I
should
not
have
to
correct
them
every
time.
Either
the
wrong
label
is
printed
for
the
wrong
test
or
it
is
from
the
wrong
doctor!
That
is
not
acceptable
in
my
opinion.
If
the
online
system
is
confusing
them,
find
a
better
system.
The
people
who've
drawn
my
blood
have
typically
been
friendly,
no
complaints
there.
However
some
of
the
people
I've
encountered
at
the
front
desk
don't
acknowledge
you
waiting
in
line
half
the
time.
It
takes
1
seconds
to
say
"be
with
you
in
a
moment"
instead,
you
could
wait
10minutes
and
no
one
will
look
at
you.
I
try
to
be
understanding,
maybe
they
are
stressed
and
short-staffed
but
the
repeated
mistakes
are
not
ok.
But,
this
is
what
public
funded
care
gets
you!
I
would
prefer
to
pay
money
to
get
tests
done
and
have
proper,
correct
care
than
this
ohip
funded
system
with
horrible
wait
times
and
constant
mistakes.
