This
clinic
and
the
triage
is
awful.
My
Doctor
and
her
staff
IN
the
clinic
are
great,
though.
But,
the
reception
and
everything
related
to
the
clinic
as
a
business
is
probably
one
of
the
worst
in
a
city
full
of
sub-par,
busy
clinics.
The
owners
should
be
ashamed,
and
more
so,
investigated
for
actively
recruiting
patients
and
not
providing
any
follow-up
care
or
channel
to
the
doctor.
I've
never
seen
a
more
disrespectful
customer
intake
system.
Their
inability
to
manage
simple
phone
calls
and
intake
is
likely
going
to
kill
someone.
No
joke,
even
with
a
Doctor,
it
take
me
weeks
to
get
an
appointment
with
my
family
doctor.
It's
all
just
getting
through
to
reception
though,
not
my
Doctor
or
her
staff.
They
do
not
respond
to
emails
and
never
return
voicemails.
I
cannot
count
on
them
to
get
simple
prescription
refills
in
less
than
a
month,
what
good
is
that?
The
receptionist
at
the
front
door
is
consistently
rude,
often
wrong,
and
really
doesn't
seem
to
be
useful.
I
get
that
it's
hard,
busy,
unforgiving
work
and
maybe
that
owners
are
cheap,
and
treat
their
staff
poorly.
Update
2022
-
Things
have
improved
here
for
those
lucky
enough
to
have
a
doctor
with
response
times
no
more
than
48
hours
at
the
moment.
The
front
door
staff
member
is
now
gone.
The
walk
in
and
blood
clinic
are
still
shamefully
slow
and
clearly
understaffed.
The
space
in
the
building
is
poorly
used
and
it
feels
crowded
and
dingy.
Still,
it
has
gotten
better
to
some
degree
and
my
doctor
and
her
staff
remain
top
tier.
