I had a problem with the chocolates my husband gave me for Christmas - he bought the wrong box. The box could not be exchanged so the manager helped me pick out some of the chocolates that were in the box I wanted, and very kindly, did not charge me. I have been there many times and have also done on line orders and I have never had a problem. The quality is always excellent and the chocolates are always fresh!

As others have said, Miko is so pleasant. He was by himself on a busy Saturday night and still took time to chat and ask us how we were doing. Really love the ice cream bars!

Really enjoyed the ice cream bar! It’s funny to say this for ice cream but it’s not too sweet, just perfect. With the chocolate coating and crushed almonds it was delicious. Happened to be served by the store manager, very hospitable.

OMG! this is a place I am differently going to miss after I leave Canada. the ice cream is very tasty, you can choose the topping you wish. I love the peanut butter chocolate ice cream

Love their chocolate pre-picked gift collections and you can even make your own gift collection which is really good. Good customer service and have a good variety of chocolates.
