We loveee visiting Crystal Dreams!! Whether it's the west Island Location or Downtown. This is by far our favorite crystal shop! As an Agency we know about good customer service. And let me tell you. The service we received exceeded anyones expectations! We bought a bunch of crystals for each team member. And I left with these 3 beauties. Anyone who loves and enjoys crystals I HIGHLY recommend visiting Crystal Dreams! Thanks a millie guys. Cant wait to be back!

I got a nice greeting when I came in. The staff is amazing they help you pick the right crystals, 🔮 if you want help picking. Small store but has a lot of different crystals I love coming to this store! The store is clean and the music is at a perfect volume. I wish the staff can be in every crystal store.

Love this place , love it more after today. I ran in quick was asked if i needed help right away. Told them i there for one item and i left my puppy in the car. So i couldnt stay long. Right away the wonderful employee looked at me and you can bring him in. Please go get him. :) because of this wonderful gesture i was able to take my time and not have to feel bad for bringing our pup with us. :)

Nice cozy little crystal shop with a lot of different crystal options. The shop associate was super knowledgeable and gave us a lot of details about the crystals. They even give you a print out of what the crystal does for you. Worth a visit!

I discovered this amazing store today. It has a calming feeling as you enter . The young lady at the counter was very helpful. I will definitely go back and purchase more. They also ship world wide which is amazing for sending gifts to loved ones ....

I bought two rings from there less than a year ago, and to my surprise and great disappointment the crystals chipped and/or fell off. Just for reference both rings were about $60 and I was quite gentle. For the price that I paid I expected there to be some sort of warranty or coverage but alas, nothing was done to help aid me in this dire situation.

I went this location and Kayla was very helpful. We were looking for specific type of stones where she went above and beyond to help us find. If you ever need anything, Kayla is the one who’ll help you 👌🏽

Kayla helped me with picking out a crystal for my mothers birthday and it was my first time in the store she made my first time experience very easy. I'm not familiar with crystals but I really enjoyed my experience here will definitely come here often.
