The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, helped me out a lot. I forgot their names but the two people who worked the closing shift tonight were excellent! I'll definitely be coming back.

Quirky location and sometimes inept staff, which I don’t mind when I have the time. Save yourself aggravation otherwise and go south to the friendly, well-managed Merivale one.

Ordered a cat tree online for in-store pickup, when I arrived I noticed that same item was advertised for over 30% off as an "in-store special". I asked for a price adjustment, staff seemed confused, telling me they thought the offer was "expired" and that I would need to follow up with the manager the next day. I called today, and was again told to call the next day for the manager. In legal terms, the Competition Act states that retailers cannot overcharge higher than the listed price. I'll stick to the Merivale location.

Incredible staff - honoured a mispriced item and saved me $20 on the purchase price of a rain jacket for my dog. They also made a huge effort to find the correct size, traveling to another location to pick it up. I had the right size jacket it my hands in less than 30 minutes. Amazing service!

Showed up at location twelve minutes before closing and the staff had already locked the doors and would not let customers in. Sadly, you can't rely on their posted hours of operation.

Now the past 5 months asking to prove status… lol if it’s on file it’s on file I’ve provided my information and card when opening the account. My skin is white so I must have my card? Years of service never going back Other locations are better than Richmond road

Inconveniently located in the mall, but you can't access it from the mall. Terrible return policy, at this point every major store chain can look for transactions by the card number, but not PetValu. If you have no receipt, forget about a return

Very knowledgeable staff! They were a great help when I adopted my first dog, found me the exact food I was looking for and various other essentials. This is a much smaller store so you’re guaranteed to find the help you’re looking for compared to other big chain stores where you need to search all over the store for a sales rep. Highly recommend this location!

They show a few items in there website and I stop to look and they didn't even have 25% of advertise. Staff that day were very disappointed

Although the staff memeber had a hard time understanding what I was looking for, the store was fully stocked with everything I needed and then some. We eventually figured it all out and I was able to get everything.

Amazing staff! They always have a good selection of treats for our dog. One of the ladies that works there even suggested a certain dog hospital when our puppy was feeling sick and I was completely blown away by the service I received.

They were very helpful in getting what I needed for curb side pickup.
