I needed an iPhone battery replacement and was able to get it done within the hour and they gave me a loaner phone. Everyone was SUPER friendly but shout out to Hassim who made me laugh about 10 times in 5 minutes. Would definitely recommend this place!

I have had the opportunity to use Wireless Revolution services for two years now - fixing phones, buying phones and each time they have provide excellent, honest and quick service. As recently as last week they fixed by son's phone and provided some helpful pro's and cons to buying a new phone from them. They did not push for me to buy a new phone but provided a balanced view that allowed me to make and informed decision. That's the mark of good service !! Had a great experience with this business, I needed a usb port replaced on my s23 ultra. They ordered the part and it came in the next day and were able to replace it in 2 hours. Phone is working flawlessly now. Great customer service which seems hard to find these days. Price was very fair. I highly recommend them.

Replaced my cracked phone screen to look brand new, and the friendliness of the staff both dropping off and picking up the phone was incredible! Also my phone was a more obscure one and they still had a new screen for it. So great!

Changed my iPhoneX screen for 150$ and specifically asked for the most original one. Stopped working in less than 2 weeks. By that time, I was back in Lebanon. When changing it here, I ask them to make sure they check if it was a fake screen. Turns out it was fake.

Highly recommend Wireless Revolution. Within a couple of hours of dropping my phone off, they called me and told me its been fixed. The phone has been causing me charging issues for years, and now it works flawlessly. I've also done a screen repair in the past with them, and was just as happy with the service. They gave me a loaner phone, which was convenient. The pricing is also very reasonable, and the staff is very patient. Can't recommend them enough. You won't be dissapointed.

So here's my story with this establishment I went in to have my Phone Battery Replaced I booked the appointment online and despite saying I want Email communicate they proceeded to call me while I'm at work interrupting me for no reason. When i got to the shop instead of just immediately taking the Phone and starting the Repair they decided to try and upsell me on everything he kept adding things I had to stop him and ask how much is the bill he said almost $200 that I recall I had to tell him no I only want the battery replacement which was about $100 So when i got the phone back and went home I noticed that the Up volume key was not working anymore it was working perfectly fine the day before I contacted them and received no response funny that they will call you straight away when it comes to them making money not so much when it comes to fixing their mistakes and not making money from it. Completely unprofessional if I had just spent the extra $3 that apple told me it would cost I would not have to deal with the non OEM battery warning or the broken button let that sink. I was going to spend more money on other repairs here in the future given the location however after this no thank you and will never recommend this place to anyone.

The best center to fix phones and laptops in Ottawa. They are really fast and professional. My phone screen was fixed in just 2 days. They also provide same day repair service, but they needed to order my screen. Still it was faster than I thought. The price was really affordable as well. It's absolutely refreshing to deal with a mobile repair shop who takes pride in their work and customer satisfaction seriously. These folks are pretty straight forward and give you zero bs! I had my iPhone XS display replaced in early October and a few weeks later I noticed some what looked to be screen burn or refresh artifacts, at first I didn't think much of it, but it I began to noitce it more and more so I sent an email describing the issue. By the next morning I received a reply apologizing and asking me to come in so they could see first hand. When I did visit to the shop a few days later to show them what's happening they replaced the display immediately on the spot. I would recommend these folks to anyone asking for a good repair shop based on my experience with them, they are top notch!

I came in to get my iPhone XR screen replaced. Mazen helped me and was especially friendly. The repair was done within an hour which was amazing. I also ended up buying a case for my phone. The service was so great, I recommended Wireless Rev to my father, and they set him up with business internet and upgraded all of our family phone plans for a very good price. They were very helpful and patient through the whole process. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone.

I don't recommend anyone to go to these guys .... I Went to the store to replace the screen of my brand new Huawei P30. They charged me $435 (tax included) which I was okay with. However, I after having the screen replaced, I figured there is an issue with the sound from the internal speaker and an issue with the charging port. I did not have any issue with the speaker nor the charging before taking it to this store to replace the screen (even after the screen was broken). The issue occured after they replaced the screen. I took the phone back to the store to fix it, they fixed the charging issue at no charge, but they asked me to pay an additional $95 + tax to fix the speaker. Even though that I believe they caused the issues when they replaced my screen..

I tried to get my mother in law’s A8 broken screen swapped, but after leaving a deposit of $100, she changed her mind and decided they are too expensive. I tried to get the deposit back and they charged me $35 for “shipping”, which I’m sure they would be passing on to the next customer again anyway. I thought they had great customer service , but I was wrong. I would never take anything back there to be fixed etc, and I wouldn’t recommend this place. Ever!

Incredible service. I walked in without an appointment to ask about a non-responsive iPhone screen. I was given a detailed explanation of the potential problems and when to expect a call back. Within 2 hours my phone was fixed.

Was recommended to Wireless Revolution to get glass fixed on Samsung s10. While it aint cheap, pretty much every repair shop quoted the same price, which I don't even want to admit here. Anyways, guys at the shop were very friendly and helpful. Ended up getting the front and back glass replaced as well as a screen protector . Took only a few hours and phone was good as new when I got it back. About a week after the repair the screen protector peeled off (air bubble?) but the issue was resolved with them mailing me out a replacement protector. Very happy with their service and would recommend.

Don't send your devices to these guys. I was told before giving them my laptop that I will not pay any fees unless I fix my laptop. Person would not give me an estimate or quote to compare prices unless I give it to them. When they checked the computer they gave a price bigger cost to repair and were only offering used parts as replacement even though others have offered better new parts for cheaper. When I refused the service, they asked me to pay a diagnostic fee that I was told that I would not pay. Turns out, that they mention in the ticket in very small that there are diagnostic fees and they do not tell you about that. I gave in and decided to pay the diagnostic fees and get it fixed elsewhere. When I went to pick up the laptop, the charger plug socket was missing the earth pin. When I told them about it, they said what would I need it for. In the end, they had the decency to give me anew cable instead of the one the broke. Bad service and they tried to swindle me.

Impeccable service by absolutely friendly people. Provided a replacement screen for a phone in a timely fashion with options for something more affordable using a used screen that was in great condition. The staff were there before opening hours with the door unlocked for me to receive the phone without prior notice. So humble in their work that they wouldn't accept a tip. Hands down would recommend this place and will return if I unfortunately need any repairs in the future.

I’ve been coming here for 20 years now, every repair I’ve ever done has been done quick and with excellent service. I only ever get my screen protectors here. I send all of my friends and colleagues here for their phones too. The staff is extremely friendly, they always explain what they’re doing and are honest and respectful. I had to fix my broken screen from my Android S21. They were able to get it fixed same day, only took 45mins to get it done. Cheaper than most places! (Saved 100$). Now, there was an issue with the new screen (Selfie Camera was blurry) but that wasn't their fault, it was just an anomaly. They ordered new cameras right away, ordered a few just in case. They changed both cameras, and issue (blurriness) was still there. They then changed to a new screen and it finally worked!! Apparently the screen was the reason the selfie camera was blurry (never knew that). They went above and beyond, ensured that they would take care of everything. They clearly take customer service seriously and it's unrivaled. I recommend Wireless Revolution to anyone! I want to personally thank Assim (Assem? apologies if I misspelled) for his help!

So glad to have found this repair business. I needed a new earpiece for my Samsung phone. Hisham and his team were friendly and efficient. I was offered a loaner phone while I waited. The work was done in less than 45 minutes, and was reasonably priced. Overall excellent service.

A great little shop with friendly, helpful staff. Maz helped us decide which previously loved phone would work best for us and then looked for the nicest phone (clear screen, no nicks, etc). Then Maz cleaned the phone, installed the screen protector I purchased, ported over the info from the old iPhone and cleaned the old one to be redeployed to another family member. All of this after I paid for the phone. You sure can't be after sales services and I know where I will be shopping for my next new-to-me phone or damaged screen, etc. Highly recommend!

Really honest shop. I came to know about them from a friend , gave them a call . They inspected my device, gave more than what was trade in or most of shops around. And to be honest everyone in business is there to make money , so i expect people to understand they cannot give you max value what you get by selling private , as shop also has to make money. So have realistic expectation and you will be really satisfied They are hassle free and really easy to deal with Highly recommend them.

They will rob you by overcharging you for noncence and if you refuse to pay for a 10x markup for a part you never ask for they willtake you equipment hostage . They never even installed the part in my pc and they wanted me to pay for it even if i refused the part to start with.

take my nubia red magic 5s phone to have the scratched screen replaced it is a phone that is difficult to fix. they were able to do the job there was a small obstacle that they were able to fix with great skill. they respected the price even though the work was colossal they could have charged me a lot but they decided to respect and honor the price if I could give it 6 stars I would thank them

Charged me 180$ for a pc fan . I did not buy it and orderd one on amazon for 20$ and did it myself. I just found out the use bitlocker on my computer for refusing service. They want 180$ ransome to unlock my computer .

Called to ask if they could fix my Pixel3a as I live an hour out of town. They said sure, no problem. I paid $250 to get me screen replaced, but I don't think they even checked it as when I got it the screen was unresponsive. Guy checked it, and said it was defective (not their fault, but they obviously hadn't tested it). They put my old screen back on, I come back a week later to have the new one put on. After a day or two, I notice my screen starting to seperate from the body. It took a while to have days off line up to take the car, but the other day we went back to have it fixed again. They 'fixed' it no charge but now just yesterday it's seperating again. Like, swinging out a 1/4 inch at the bottom. The guys at the desk are nice enough, but I don't think the techs know what they're doing, let alone a good job. I now will have wasted 6 hours of driving, plus the hours of my time waiting on top of what it Should have taken to get it fixed. Go for a phone, but don't go for the repairs.

I called them to see how much it would be to fix my google pixel 3a screen. They said they didn't have one in stock, which was fine. They said they could order me one and it would be in max 3 business days. They requested a $50 deposit on the order by emt. I obliged. We are now nearly 3 weeks later and they are refusing to answer my emails asking for an update. Highly warn others of using their service. DO NOT PAY UPFRONT

Do not ever go there to repair your phone. I paid 300$ for an “original screen” replacement which was cheaper at apple itself. Went there like 6 times because everytime I took my phone from there I found out a new problem with it. Till now I have a problem with my phone that none of the stores that I went to are able to diagnose. Don’t ever leave your phone to these guys as I’m pretty sure they take the original parts of your phone and replace it with fake ones. (Update) I went to another repair store in another country and they got me the same screen that wireless revolution put for me for a way cheaper price and they told me it’s not original. Don’t ever listen to them when they tell you the screen is original as the only way to get an original screen is by taking it from another iPhone. They made me pay 300$ for this “original screen”.

Great Experience

Corresponded by email about my needed phone repair. Was pleased with the quote and details. Asked when I could come in, and was told anytime. Upon arrival, was told they would have to order the part! I don't live in this part of the city, so drove out of my way to come here based on a recommendation from someone well-versed in the telecom industry. Beyond frustrating and disappointing.

I took a Ulefone Armor 5 in for a battery replacement. this is a rugged phone that needs special treatment to open. The technician cracked the screen and the back and then I was told they needed to smash the glass to replace the battery. Needless to say, I reclaimed my unit before they could do anymore damage. Now, however, the phone is virtually useless as it would cost more than the replacement to change the screen, case and battery. Definitely NOT recommending this place!

Went to replace the screen on my Huawei P30 Pro, we had some issues with the sound afyer replacement since it comes through the screen, I had to go back 3 times and get a loaner phone each time they tried to fix the problem but these guys WORKED HARD to keep me happy and fix the problem. It may have been a longer process but didn't cost me more and they were very professional, in the end they changed my opinion of them for sure. They went out of their way to replace the whole front screen again and casing of my phone and basically rebuilt it so my sound would come out new and clear like it was before and that's good business. Good job guys 🥰

So I go to pick up my tablet that was supposedly fixed after one month of lots of excuses, when I got.there the tablet was off and I was told to take it home to charge it, I said no I want to see that it's working. So 30 minutes later the tablet isn't going on and then they tell me there's other issues with it. So they were giving me a broken tablet and telling me it was fixed. I had to argue to get my money back and they wanted me to pay 35 service fee. These guys are a bunch of croocks and all of these positive reviews are from family and friends. Don't trust these guys.

Please note that I work in the Hardware/Software industry. The shop promised to replace my phone battery in 1 week. I left a deposit. 6 months later and after 4 trips to the shop, they finally called me in but sent me back home because their heating tool was broken. I returned 1 week later, retrieved the phone 1 hour later. The battery was a little less charged then when I brought it in (red flag). Turns-out they did not replace the battery plus broke the receiver on my phone, so have to use the speaker. Don't ever want to deal with them again. DO NOT HAVE THEM WORK ON YOUR MOBILE DEVICES!!!

Unbelievably poor and dishonest customer service. My girlfriend brought her laptop in on Friday to have it looked at for monitor issues. At the time the agent said it would be 24 to 48 hrs which is more than reasonable considering the limited options available. She was told that the tech would investigate and give her diagnostic possibly Saturday but if not then Monday. After no call on Saturday my girlfriend decided to call and see what the status of the laptop was. The agent she spoke to Monday at 2 pm advised her that the tech was not in and hadn't diagnosed the issue as of that time and told my girlfriend that the tech would be in and would call before the end of business day with diagnosis. My girlfriend began to become concerned about the ability of wireless revolution to perform the necessary diagnostic tests after now hearing mixed messages in a condescending tone and asked if I could pick up laptop after I finish work. I called Wireless Revolution at 510pm, more than 48 hours after dropping off laptop, and was told that the technician still hadn't looked at the device. At this point I decided it was better to pick up the laptop and take it to a properly trained technician, where I would be confident in the findings and therefore I told the manager that I wanted to pick up the laptop. He informed me I could not pickup the laptop that day, as the laptop was in pieces and no technician was there to reassemble. He then went on to explain that we had rushed his technician and that they were waiting on a delivery to arrive to further diagnose laptop... All interesting and new information since he had already said technician hadn't looked at it and my girlfriend was told she would get a status update before wireless revolution closed at 6. I guess they were expecting the delivery and the technician to do his inspection in the final 35 minutes of the day even though he wasn't there. I then asked manager when laptop would be reassembled and ready for pickup, he continued to try and excuse himself and wireless revolution for being completely incapable of giving any sort of timeline for assessment let alone repairs but did tell me to come at 11 the next day and laptop would be reassembled which it was but I was also given a 70$ dollar bill for nothing, storage basically. I was given no diagnostic or explanation as to the difficulty in servicing. After this painful process where my girlfriend's laptop was basically held hostage I wasn't very optimistic on finding a repair shop but to my surprise I was able to take it to a place in Kanata that gave me an estimate and diagnostic within an hour and I was able to pick up the fully functional laptop within three hours of dropping it off. Apparently it was simple and common fix... I would give 0 stars if that was an option. Wireless Revolution is a complete ripoff and should be avoided at all costs to save yourself a headache.

I went in looking to get an Android phone as my Samsung phone broke. I spoke to an associate named Ali and he helped me with the purchase of a new phone. He actually convinced me to get Apple and said it would last me a lot longer. In the end I decided to trust his expertise and try Apple and I have never looked back. This store is so amazing and it all comes down to the employees. They’re expert pros when it comes to tempered glass installation. Whenever I’ve needed one installed, they’ve been there to help me and they can do a way better job than I can. Just got my new iPad screen protector installed there today and it is FLAWLESS! They have a great selection of phone cases and used laptops & phones. I called the store about a problem that my phone had which I could only find one other person in Ottawa was willing to do. They told me to come in and let them check my phone. Sadly, my phone is too new,(like a lot of other places told me). ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ simply because their service was excellent! I was greeted as soon as I entered, the employee helped me right away, made some nice small talk. The important things is that they took care of my phone immediately, and did what they could.
