Went
here
for
a
birthday
party
with
a
group
of
20.
We
were
the
only
group
and
had
made
a
reservation
prior
to.
We
got
there
at
about
5:30
and
ordered
at
about
6.
There
were
about
4
waiters
for
our
group.
Myself
and
my
friend
ordered
drinks.
We
saw
other
friends
get
their
drinks,
so
we
asked
for
our
drinks
which
they
said
were
coming.
Then
had
to
ask
again,
20
minutes
later,
for
the
drinks.
Finally
got
the
drinks.
Then
people’s
food
started
coming
out,
but
there
were
four
of
our
group
who
never
got
their
food,
myself
included.
I
waited
until
7:30,
when
some
people
had
started
to
get
their
BILLS
for
their
food,
and
then
went
over
to
the
McDonalds
across
the
street
with
another
person
who
hadn’t
gotten
food
because
we
were
starving.
It
turns
out
the
servers
had
just
never
put
our
orders
in,
so
we
didn’t
end
up
getting
food
there
at
all.
They
apologized
to
the
main
person
for
our
group
but
not
to
myself
or
my
friends
directly,
and
didn’t
seem
to
notice
or
apologize
to
us
about
the
mess
up.
I’ve
worked
in
restaurant
as
a
server
and
the
number
one
rule
is
to
pay
attention
to
your
customers!
This
was
not
done
at
all.
Our
friends
also
had
to
ask
for
their
bills
at
the
end.
The
wait
staff
just
really
didn’t
seem
to
care
about
providing
us
with
service,
and
didn’t
even
seem
to
care
about
getting
paid.
From
the
food
that
was
served,
the
quesadillas
looked
really
good
and
a
great
portion,
and
the
dancing
was
really
fun,
lots
of
awesome
music.
However,
I
would
not
recommend
this
place
to
anyone
hoping
to
eat
before
8pm.
