Alright Kathy, this is for you. I can't express enough the kind of service I received from you. I appreciate everything you did for me in such a short notice, that also on a weekend. This is customer service on a different level and because of you only, I managed to have a great Mother's Day this year. Thanks a lot, Kathy! Readers of this review: Kathy went to the store just for me on a weekend so that I could buy some gifts for my Mother and she did it within an hour notice. She found what I wanted to buy, wrapped them up very neatly and brought them to my car due to store shutdown. Customer service does not get any better than this.

Im 42.. Ive been going to this place since I was a kid.. I didn't always find what I wanted but that was rare... There is a salewoman I have delt with since the first day i walked in there looking for a ring for my first girlfriend. Her name is Pal Singh.. Over the years I have purchased bracelets, necklaces, rings you name it.. Even had jewlery fixed through their location. The one thing that stands out is of all these years is one saleswoman who has always been there... And because of her, this is why I always returned... I was honored to have walked in there 2 weeks ago and she helped me pick out an engagement ring.. She has always been honest with me and if she isnt there I wont even enter the store... Not joking have gone and left over 10 times in the past... That day I went there hoping she was there, she has always been honest, reliable and pure. I found the perfect one with her help... Yet again... If you need a quality jewlery please check them out and ask for Pal Singh... she's what charms jewlery is all about and she will be there the next day... Shes a woman of integrity and only person or place I trusted to fix my gold chain worth over 15k..... Dont cheat yourself, go to the ones I trust

Kathy is amazing! I bought an Engagement Ring a few weeks before Valentine's Day 2021, and Kathy was so helpful and accommodating. She went above and beyond to help me chose a ring. She even sent pictures to me of what they had in stock, helped me to set up financing, and was just overall amazing! She truly cares about her customers, and even though this occurred months ago I had to make sure to write a good review for her specifically. Thank you Kathy <3

Disappointing Customer Service: If you don’t want to be stressed out and frustrated, save the trouble and do NOT shop here. I have shopped here many times before and always found the employees very nice (hence the second star) . However I had never needed anything sized. I bought a gold pearl bracelet along with matching earrings for my wife as a gift (obviously a surprise). When I went in to get the bracelet sized as she wanted it smaller, I was charged $85. I had my receipt and was shocked to hear that I had to pay. The alterations were also noticeable done and not up to expectations, especially after having to pay. I will no longer support this jeweller.

Love this location. Pal is lovely and she absolutely understands how important picking out an engagement ring is. Made me feel like she cared about the process :) definitely will come here again if I can!

I absolutely recommend here, Cadence was the most patient, kind and understanding customer service employee. I had no clue what I wanted or what would look good on me and she suggested a 2 tone watch that would compliment my skin tone and chose a watch I normally wouldn't myself and I absolutely loved it, it was everything I was looking for. I felt heard, understood and Cadence was phenomenal every step of the way. She was patient while my baby ran around playing and she deserves a promotion or raise! I left my watch,which is an heirloom from my grandmother, to have the batteries changed. Turns out,the guy don't know how to change or even open it and left a dent on my watch. Such a great service really! 🤨 Don't leave any of your jewelries or watches here! I was not in the mood to complain in the store but I am letting you guys know.

Must have been an off day. Generally lovely. I gave to the Salvation Army located outside their store then went to the jewelry counter. Not very appropriate to be telling me about the Salvation Army ringing their bells too much last year outside your store. Generally lovely and good covid rules.

The store has a decent selection of items prices are ok. Great service, the ladies where very helpful. The only thing I was not happy with the repair service, it's very expensive.
