I don't wear jewellery., I wear the same watch, two rings, and the same set of earrings every day. So I oy go to these guys for ring cleaning and watch battery replacements. However, whenever I go there, the person who is helping me out makes me feel like I'm the only person in the store. Really great customer service.

I bought a wedding ring at Nettleton’s about 30 years ago with three nice diamonds on it. The ring had been previously made as a custom order, but not purchased after fabrication. I saw it at the store and like it, but it needed sizing, so I left it there for a few days. I suspect they changed the stones because when recently appraised I was told the stones are worthless. The ring was not worn for years and I don’t have a bill of sale anymore, so can’t prove anything. But… buyer beware of this age old scam. I expected better from Nettletons, as they were supposedly a reputable jeweller at that time.

I cannot say enough good things about this family and this business. I took my mother's ring in to use the main stone for my engagement ring on a new setting. They not only re-created my vision perfectly, they also designed a new ring for my mom with the gold from the old setting, all for a ridiculously reasonable price. Geoff was fantastic from beginning to end. If you're in the National Cap Region, go see these guys! UPDATE November 14, 2019: We went back to have our bands made and mine had to be custom-made as I wanted to notch it under the engagement ring. We couldn't be happier! They even polished up my engagement ring to sparkle before the big day :)

Sent my ring into Joe and he sized it perfectly for me. Extremely happy with the friendly and excellent service. Will definitely be using their services again if I need a piece of jewellery resizing again. Worth every penny! :)

Geoff was responsive right away - and via email and phone discussions I placed an order for a very special gift for my daughters upcoming birthday. It is beautiful. Great store! they truly care about their customers opposed to the large jeweler stores. The large stores tried to force me into a purchase that didnt feel right where as Nettleton's Jewellery personally took the time to know what i wanted and custom made it for me. I would definitely recommend them to a friend!

Peerless service. I've been visiting their store since I lived in the neighbourhood; I've continued to use them for repairs and even the smallest things. Shopping centre watch stores do not measure up when compared with the knowledge, service, and professionalism from Nettletons. If you have a watch that you value or have spent some time and money to acquire you owe to yourself to see them if the item needs checking in any way. This is one of the few 5-star ratings I've given.

I took my engagement ring to be resized and was told it would take a week (which was great because other places were telling me 6-8 weeks) it ended up being ready in ONE DAY!!! literally 23 hrs. I was so happy!!! It fits great and they polished it as well, super sparkly. Fabulous customer service. Very friendly. Highly recommend!

I had been struggling to get the band to close on an older Swatch, and had been all over the city trying to get it fixed. Nettleton's not only fixed it in a few moments, they did it for free. Amazing local business.
