I don't usually write reviews - even if i've had a negative experience - but this one needs to be told. Came in today with my friend to pick up free rapid test kits. Simple request right? The guy behind the counter, who wasn't even wearing a mask, immediately looked us up and down like we were guilty of something. We asked politely for 1 kit each in which he responded extremely condescending and rude for absolutely no reason. He started questioning us asking if we live together (we do not) and when we said we didn't he didn't believe us. I understand it's one rapid test kit per household but the way he was talking down to us was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional and I will never be going back. I basically offered to show him my license to prove we don't live together because of the way he was interrogating us. I have honestly never experienced worst customer service in my life. I'd give this pharmacy zero stars if I could.

Lol the staff there will know who this is I'm there that often and that close with the employees! Salam Chris Raina and everyone else are such amazing people with huge hearts and big intelligent brains! I've been with centertown pharmacy since February of last year and even if I moved to Kanata or barhaven I wouldn't switch pharmacies. Chris and Raina have done so much for me, dealing with my severe anxiety attacks and my rocky road from addiction to recovery. I can't say enough about this place. I love you all centertown!!!!

I didn't even know that going to a pharmacy could be a positive and uplifting experience. They actually care about you as a human, and make you feel welcome and warm. Medicine AND kindness. So good. You deserve to feel good so go here.

Always have had positive interactions with staff and some of them have gone above and beyond what I'm use to. I appreciate the caring and personal touch they've always given to me while I've been a customer there-- Special shout out to Reina and George, thanks for looking after me- keep up the good work

I simply walked into this pharmacy to ask a couple questions as I am new to the neighbourhood. Pharmacist was very condescending, accusatory and unprofessional. He and one other staff wouldn’t even get out of their chairs behind the huge plexiglass. Instead raising their voices to talk at me. I’d highly recommend going one block to The Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy 381 Kent street. Excellent service. Both staff actually working the entire visit with several customers.

George as well as all the other staff are always amazing! They're a great team and George is beyond helpful and knowledgeable and he genuinely cares about those he helps. Ive been going to his pharmacy for years and I because of who they are and the service they provide It will always be the pharmacy I go to :) thanks centertown pharmacy!

Mom went in for COVID booster and said the staff was very friendly and didn't hurt her when usually she has lots of pain. I will check them out myself.

Literally the best pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Had an issue with insurance and had to go in & call several times, spoke with a number of different team members - everyone who works here is amazing! Everyone was super kind to each person who came in, treated everyone with respect and totally went above and beyond to help out. You should absolutely use this pharmacy, if you don’t already!

Staff are very nice people I've been coming here for a few weeks now and I'm very pleased with the respect given from the man who works there and the lady as well not sure their names sorry! But there are a lot of addicts who loiter around the front doors out side the pharmacy and asks me and other people for drugs every time I'm about to walk in clinic and another addict asks me when I'm leaving the pharmacy, just about every time I go there to pick up my medicine. But very flexible early open hours, I believe only this clinic in the entire city has the best longest hours of operation. 6am-6pm 👍 Never keeps me waiting long, keep up the good work! I Wish there was more important services or businesses who run well like this one does! Cheers & thank you Kind people!

Great place to purchase injectable B12. I wish they had other injectables like vitamin c and b complex. If they did there would be virtually no illnesses. No magical reductionist 'vaccines' would be needed. Isom dot ca

I visited this pharmacy to receive a vaccine booster. When I told them how many vaccines I have received, one of the individuals working there commented on my choice to receive a booster. I found this to be incredibly unprofessional. After being made to feel uncomfortable about my choice, noticing the error on my vaccine form, and the uncleanliness and disrepair of the pharmacy, I decided to go elsewhere.

Got a rapid test in a hot minute for $25 and they gave me some chocolate. The woman that helped me was very friendly. Can't say much about other services or staff there since I only went once.

I was really disappointed in the way he spoke to me. They were out of the medication which I came here for,and as im asking them where else they might know I could go,the man behind the counter interrupted me and said 'you ask a question I gave you an answer madam okay? Have a good day'...essentially pushing me away without discussion. I understand the phone was ringing and its a high demand area, but a little less belittling would be nice. Some people , like i did, actually need help. I left feeling stupid and a bother to him. Very disappointing

The Professionalism and attention to detail at this Pharmacy is to be commended. One of the pharmacy focuses appears to be assisting people who have recovered from substance abuse get back on their feet. The staff is attentive to the needs of the patients coming in and new customers are promptly greeted and asked if they need help. The personal touch on the service options is unlike any experience you will receive at larger chain pharmacy like Shoppers Drug Mart. This pharmacy will even arrange delivery of your prescriptions to your home if you are unwell.

Amazing Service, amazing pharmacy! George is a young professional knowledgeable pharmacist! He will answer all your questions and make sure you understand everything! He takes his time with people and is very patient! If you can't go to the pharmacy, he will make sure to get your prescription delivered to your house! I never met a pharmacist that cares so much about his patients! You can trust him with your health! Me and my whole family are very thankful. Thank you for your great service

It's always a roll of the dice when you have to hit a pharmacy for my specific medication and most times nowadays you're not exactly treated with ease. Not the case here. Sympathetic, friendly and good people. I genuinely appreciate all they do and the hours they are open are amazing.

Went in today and met George and another employee - George was so incredibly friendly and down to earth. He realized I was a student and waved my fees. Honestly, I was having the most off day until I walked in there. I’ve never had an experience like this in a pharmacy. Thanks George ! You’re awesome.
